A new update is coming 2018/09/26

E30 is 200k in the game. Probably way less on the used car market today.
As pointed about above, I wanted to use it in all the Premium car events. Especially to use it in more GT League races.

Oh okay so that is the reason then. Anyway, have a nice day with your NSX-R though! 👍

Thank you very much for that. Though there is a good variation in time of day I still don't understand why all of the added tracks (and nearly all of the vanilla tracks) have no settings for night. Nearly all cars have working headlights. Why no night races?

A very good pack. 996 gt3 and 997 gt3 are great cars. Another great viper thanks PD. And nsxr and Nissan 300zx this will be great keep this up. I won't try this update i will Wait a few more months. I will focus on Forza horizon 4 now in 2 days and come back for gt sport later

I have a feeling that the next GT (hopefully on PS5) will be huge!
The premium car list from the PS3 era was pretty cool but with some obvious missing cars like the Supra. Sure, some cars from PS3 won't come back due to licensing issues. If they find a way to bring back 95% of the premium cars plus the new cars modelled .
For a good GT7, "all" it takes would be a good game designer for the GT mode, a big focus on fun (something like Forza Horizon: cool music, camera views, car modification...) and keep this GT feeling that we all love.

Oh Thank you Poly for these updates.

I always get a bit sad when I'm looking at cars in the "live" scapes view of the Showroom, makes me wish we had an actual road course to take all these road cars on. Something winding and fun that could approach the beauty of a Driveclub circuit.

Yeah if we have a road like Black Cat country road on Assetto Corsa or a highway on pcars2, it would be amazing.

I haven't played in a few days, but I took out my usual 458 for a spin and it sounds...like it has more growl to the engine? There's a lower mid-range aspect that I don't remember hearing before, the 458 has always had more of a thin, high-pitched scream.

Man... that would be awesome. I was thought the possibilty of doing downhill in Hakone or having nice drive through Stelvio Pass. Hopefully PD had the same thought as mine...

The Porsche 997 GT3 is hands down, the best car in this update. For an N400 car and even with its stock specs and setup, I went to try it out on the Nurburgring with Racing: Super Soft tires as usual, and was a blast to drive. On Le Mans though, running on the Mulsanne straight on the wrong direction (ideal for reaching its maximum speed), it can reach 329km/h.

Did we get new tyres and penalty system?

From the notes it seems that the penalty system remained unchanged for now, but hopefully we will see the system used in the World Tour in the next upgrade.

No change in tyres, but tyre wear ratios were changed.

Sooo, why is that such a big deal?

Premium Sports Lounge event in Professional section is a well-known money-grind opportunity. Rewards there are 100k Cr for N1000 class, but AI is quite slow on corners, so you can win in much weaker car and get a lot of money as Handicap Bonus (+50% of that amount if you got the Clean Race). However, only cars that cost 100k+ are eligible for this event

Best cars to grind there are KTM X-Bow and Ford GT40 Mk.1 due to their very good power-to-weight ratio. And knowing that NSX Type-R is quite a light car, it could be a new best grind car. But PD decided otherwise and skimmed 3k of its price

P.S. NSX isn't premium enough for Premium Sports Lounge, but KTM X-Bow is... let that sink in for a moment

Ahahahahahahahahah

I can't actually believe they've done it. Was it that hard to make it 100k? Really PD? :banghead:
92k Would have made some sense, since the car is from '92, but why 97??? It's like pricing something that's worth $1 for $0,99 do they really think more people will buy it this way???
Or maybe it broke some kind of record in '97 maybe?

The 997 GT3 can also be detuned to N400 easy. I just used it in the 394hp N400 class races.

Whether these two go to N300 is another story...

The 300zx eats crap. LOL PD doesnt want to make these 1989 cars feel good.

I found the 997 to be spot on... actually makes things a bit too easy.

The 997 is fast but a bit boring, and could probably due with brake balance adjustments.

The 996 with traction control off might be the most fun I've had in a GTS road car. It's so much more nimble than the 997 and very satisfying to kick the back out.

NSX is really tweaky and could use some brake balancing. The Fairlady seemed very stable for that era. But in my quick tests I was 3 seconds slower in it than the NSX around Alsace.

The E30 is 200k... How? Why? The 2000GT is 160k. That's one of the rarest cars on the planet. Kind of stings.

The E30 is the Evolution edition which may well be a usd$200k car now.

The 2000GT is probably something like usd$300k and up and is a museum piece.

A '92 NSX Type R cannot be had for a mere $100k usd for a long time.

The KTM is still a current production car.
