Why does it say 'Corsa' when it's just the regular MC12 ? The Corsa looks like this :

Corsa-via-Pagani-of-Beverly-Hills.jpg

(doesn't exist as mod I think?)
of course it does, it even is official kunos content. the MC12 in video is a mod

Hello everybody,
since last week and after installing new sol1.42 i notice problems with reshade. it is not possible to run it with the CSP and CM i think.
are there anybody out there who knows how to reactivate reshade, because i love the luma sharpen filter.it makes a brilliant look.

Thanks for your efforts
The BOP for RSS BMW M6 pay mod would work on the free mod by Guerrilla+Mike Rudland?
That car has AI behaviour problem. Brakes late and runs wide too much and sometimes crashes.
I found other cars with similar problems but most are able to finish their laps anyway.
I need to study AI behaviour to fix it. Never did it before, I'll try as I have time.

I wouldn't say there's a definitive right or wrong way if you reach the same conclusion. What I'm eluding to is that if you're going to make a single field of GT3 cars, it's a more permanent solution to do it in the actual data files and can be a quicker, easier solution. Now if you're going to, let's say, run pre 2015 cars at one setting, and post 2015 cars in a different setting, then a different setting all of them together or this one against that one, the ballast/restrictor solution might be what you personally want. We know that as the years have progressed, rules have changed and cars have made more power, weights have differed.

In my personal attempt to keep all of the GT3 cars competitive amongst each other, I copy the data.acd, rename it and modify the data folder so that the power to weight ratio matches. That way all cars can be run against each other while having the ability to retain the original car data at any time. The difference this makes is that when you use cars that are slower than the rest of the field, ballast and a restrictor won't help that car. It's the bottle neck or weakest link. Seeing as this is just a fun simulation, I give them all an equal fair shot even though it may be a tad off of the real life counter part. I'm after close grids, not necessarily trying to match hot laps in the cars depending on them having the exact specs to their real life counterparts (although I appreciate that attention to detail modders achieve like megolito for sure). I will a lot of the time let content manager pick random fields of 20 or so GT3 cars and just go with whatever it gives me in whatever order with whatever skin just for the random variety and I know that whatever it picks, it should be a close race if they're all BoP'd fairly close.
Thanks for through answer. I thought about this at first but came to conclusion that it'd even them on straight line only because there are better cornering cars in the pack (like RSS's BMW). I thought they should be nerfed more on power/weight ratio. So tested with every change. Practically it's what you're suggesting with extra steps.
In the end doing it this way took too much time though. I wonder if it's worth for minimal gain in close laps times.
I definitely gained a whole new level of appreciation for megolito's work :)

This is a great idea! Thank you very much for your effort!

Are you planing to do the same with another car categories?
Cheers! I actually started with Super GT but immediately saw it released on RD :D I think I have equal GT300 cars in my list too. It'd make a nice pack.
I rarely race with the AI. Do you have ideas for other packs?

Any idea why I just get a pure white scene when trying to use RTM's showroom rtm_scene01?

I've put the rtm_scene01.cmpreset in C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\AcTools Content Manager\Presets\Custom Showroom
I've put the rtm_scene_01 folder in ...assettocorsa/content/showroom

This is right, isn't it?

For GT300 there is the really Nice Chivas Autoart AMG GT300 and Z4 GT300
Other mods I saw are not so good except the good Subaru Legacy GT300 by gtsupreme

Just wondering if anyone knows if the Peugeot RCZ GT3 from GT Sport was converted? I want to say I'd seen pictures of it in the past but can't find anything on it now

Is there any chance of you adding the Toyota FT1 VGT and the GT by Citroen Gr.3 to the BOP list at all?
Try adding 120 kgs of ballast to the Citroën and 90 kgs to FT1. I ran them on Catalunya and Red Bull Ring with these setting and they mix well into the pack.

You need to put the rtm_scene01.cmpreset in here C:\Users\***\AppData\Local\AcTools Content Manager\Presets\Custom Previews

The other folder is in the right place though

Are you able to BOP the GT300 cars with the GT3 cars? Would make sense as GT3 cars run in Super GT

unfortunately small parts of barriers (wall) are flickering, if forgot to set them unrenderable, but its not as big as an issue i hope

edit:
Rio v0.5 http://www.mediafire.com/file/z7nszbhtsz29qli/rio_v0.5.7z
- fixed wall, included correct readme
I know very little when it comes to modding either cars or tracks, this thread has helped me to learn the odd thing with small changes here & there etc.

I usually download the majority of content in this thread, give it a try on my rig and bin it immediately if it's crap. Likewise with Rio, I wasn't expecting much being v0.5 - How was I so wrong - Stunning leBluem. I jumped in my usual test car for a quick lap - WOW!, beautiful mate. I've never visited Rio, but I have now.... This has to be the best looking track I ever installed bar none (though I really love your Le Man ver, one of me favs). Visually it's a real feast for the eyes on my calibrated widescreen monitor.

A question leBluem, did you build this from scratch because whoever did deserve all the applause they get.... forget the faults/errors you've eluded to.

I'll tag this question onto this post - I purchased the most recent RSS beamer the Bayro 6 V8, pro tyres will not function with this mod, so unpacked the data.acd (which I learnt how to do from this thread) to create a folder full of the correct files to it working - Totally different structure to what is usually there.... Anyone care to explain what I need to do to get pro tyres working with this mod. It works with the Kunos tyre app but I prefer the extra info I get in pro tyres etc etc.

Does anyone have all of the current Gr.3 cars that was converted to AC? I've got the FT-1 and the Evo so far. i'm only missing the rest to whichever was released (GT by Citroen is one of them)

Reboot version is not a FM7, it 's like a corversion from Codemasters F1.
FM7 - is a laserscan, Codemasters - is not.

Suzuka Reboot version and GP2018 version are from Automobilista.
There is also an ACU version from Codemasters and a Malagoli version, from an old game, like Grid or Shift, i don't remember exactly

The track wasn’t built from scratch, it’s a convert from FM7, check out Prague and Burnese Alps if you haven’t already. I don’t know who originally converted the track but thanks to @leBluem and others, it is maturing quite nicely!
