as for the rules violation, I would have inquired privately to each that was accused of violating the rules and probably have issued warnings.

Are there plans for a PS3 release for it?

What do you want to know? They are currently developing for PS3 , 360 and WiiU, unless they get information from Sony/Microsoft about the next gen systems.

PS3 version will have scaled back graphics, # of AI and a Less complex tire model. Release sometime in 2013

I'm sitting 100 and something in the US the last time i checked. Just over 1,000 world wide. The S curve is key. Can carry crazy speed if you hit it just right. Not easy though. Turns 5 and the final 2 turns require a bit of drift to turn the car in so you can hammer the throttle and pick up nice exit speed.

It went pretty well. The first race had 5 guys battling it out for the entire race till the very last turn
