but toscana gravel?

siena?

there is also a special event " from bern grand tour down to italia" or something like that.. there should be something else for sure locked. surely more themes will be unlocked.

Common sense though is at least play the game for yourself some of this complaining is ridiculous.

I partially agree with that hense why ive just got back from town to check I can definately get a copy on release date, But it will still shock some people what we can and cant do in the game after past iterations of the franchise but I shall reserve most of my judgement till GT5 is in my PS3

Mt Aso could be our generic mountain touge course maker :)
Maybe more will be unlocked as you go through the rally and other special events

Mount Aso is in Japan, a large volcano

Those dont actually look like they're modeled. Maybe they are, but they dont look like it to me. Looks like a texture map on a bowl shaped surface.

Maybe so, but that's still better than just a flat texture, and remember that they have improved all the standard cars from GT4 for GT5, some of them will only be slightly improved but im sure some will be near premium quality, just without a HD cockpit.

This is what the Course Maker Track could look like?

He will post more videos when or if he feels like it not when we want him to upload videos.

They're modeled but they obviously don't have the extreme detail that you see in something like the Miura's rims. The Miura's rims probably has more polygons in it than an entire car from GT4.

"tekken gives us a new video dude" sounds pretty rude.

Why not wait like everybody else?

Damage is so weak, Jesus. They shoulda not even made it. They shoulda just made damage just like Burnout where you can break your car. Doesn't have to be realistic, but this small dents is terrible. Just destroy the outside and the glass, don't need to redo the inside too. Let us play in Professional settings where we can break our cars, or even wreck them completely. Having to pay for repairs like Forza 3. I don't like the arcade feeling the game gives out on videos. It's bump-city like previous GT games. No penalties even for driving 200 MPH into a car to cut them off. It's a shame and I don't get what they are trying to accomplish. They are making a real life driving simulator in a sense, but having no consequences doesn't make sense to that. It seems all their is to GT5 is good physics; Not a great racing experience. To get that great racing experience you NEED consequences when you race. Like real life, otherwise it's like any other game.

Before I play it, seems like GT5 took 1 step forward, and 2 steps backwards.

Not changing rims on any car is MAJOR FAIL, it's one of the essential things. I know I won't buy cars now that look ugly cause of their rims. I am very picky, and this is a huge blow to me. It's hard to 'ignore' for me.

How retarded are you? You can change rims on the Premiums, so stop whining and only buy Premiums when you finally get the game. Which poses a good question; how do you know not all Standards can't change wheels as well? I mean, you can watch the videos, but you don't know for sure yet. Who knows, maybe there might be a patch or update; I personally don't think so, but it could happen. If it did, it would be PD all over .

EDIT: There doesn't seem to be any Mechanical Damage either, which is confirmed, so don't be so sure about the 'weak damage'.

First of all, as you even state yourself, this is The real driving simulator. Not burnout. If everyone wants to crash and burn in a million diffrent awesome visual effects, there are games made for that. This is not one of them. GT5 taking 1 step forward, and 2 back? Really? You have yet to play the final game. Leaked stuff is pretty bad low quality. 1 standard car does not represent the other 799. We just can't know. It's only standard cars that can't change rims. Premiums ofcourse can. What I really, seriously can't understand why this is so much of a issue? Can someone tell me, with a proper reason, WHY it's so horrible?

loooool who are u to say that to me boy? i bet i know better social life than u

lol lol lol u may care about that but i not ;) im not a nerd

This thread isn't about you, little boy. We couldn't care less about your social life.

On topic: I'll quote my question since it got missed. Just requesting an approximate time to reach level 13.

Thanks for the info. And how long (how many days) did it take you to reach level 13?

I think he started in career last night. I wonder how high the levels go to.

Most of the supercars spotted is what, level 15-19?

He has used one night, say for good measure two? It seems a bit pointless to unlock everything in two nights in my highest opinion. But then again ,we have no idea what the level cap is. Nor what every level unlocks, other than it unlocks some cars, licences I guess and what not.

Not only that, but B-spec also has levels, which is kinda intresting. Those should probly unlock other fancy stuff as well. So right about now we are still kinda in the dark, like bigtime.

Good for you. How old are you by the way? You arent acting very grown up here.

"Excellent Driver
Reach A-Spec Level 40."

One of the trophys, I don't think thats the maximum level.

He is saying that because you need to chill. And you also need to re-read the AUP specifically these two points:

#2 You will not use “textspeak” (“r”, “u”, “plz”, etc.) in your messages. Decent grammar is expected at all times, including proper usage of capital letters.

#3 You will not behave in an abusive and/or hateful manner, and will not harrass, threaten, nor attack any individual or any group.

That's pretty quick if it's true, assuming he had 5-8 hours of playtime.

Considering I have days off, it's a scary thought how quick that is (unless as you said, the level limit is high up).

Rally Slag EVO's and Imprezzas, What about the Peugeot 106 Rallye my mate had a white one with some nice six spoke white compomotive alloys and I copied how it looked on GT4 just little things like that give you that little bit more immersion

Maybe the levels are easy at the start but get harder the more you progress.
