-Much improved physics
-simulation of clouds, humidity, and astronomy
-More day-night transition and weather for more tracks
-Fixed low-res particles that resulted in jaggy smoke effects
-Base model race cars
-Much improved standards
-Much better load times
-Much less screen tearing compared to GT5
-Much easier to navigate menus
-Amazing track list with great new additions (Ascari, Bathurst, Willow Springs, etc)
I totally agree.

I also came up with an other great thing:

The units in the suspension settings are now real units. As far as I know, this is a first for a Gran Turismo game. I.e. the ride height is now in millimeters (if you're using the metric system). A small, but great thing I think. It was about time and it gives Gran Turismo more authenticity as a "real driving simulator".

After innitial "meh" impression and a day or two to adjust on new visuals (glad that blur effect was removed with 1.01), I'm quite satisfied with GT6. You cant expect much more from hw on a dated console so I'm quite happy with evolution not revolution .After all It will be a game I'll play for a year or so till something comes out on PS4.

Love little things like man with flag that ends races, new tracks are a blast (night drive on bathurs watching stars..aaah), physics is challenging , overal visuals are better, updated standard cars and some new "premium" gems . New menus are breeze to go through and look up to date in design departement. Not that I had problems with GT5 retro look :D

Hope that some present bugs like tire size bug,alfa/lancer stopies will be patched with future updates , but those things really don't affect my overall enjoyement at the moment.
With some features (clubs,bspec,trackdesign...) still to come in following months I'm looking forward to enjoy It even more.Well spend 70€ :D

- All cars now in the dealership.
- The fact that GT Arena is actually shaped like the letters 'GT'. :P
- The improved standards, some of which are pretty much premium minus an interior.
- New, free cars!
- Fun side events, like Goodwood.
- Simple menus and music from the older games.
- Just feels more fun than GT5 did.

Really ? Done some karts races there ,but I guess not enough to notice that :D Wonderfull.

Admittedly, it's kind of basic, but you can tell that's what they were going for.

An other good thing:

The traction control is much more realistic in GT6. In GT5 I always felt that there was a too big difference between having TC at "0" versus having it at "1". Having it at "0" meant that the car could be completely wild, but increasing it just to "1" almost removed the slip completely.

The difference between the different steps in GT6 is much more finely tuned and more realistic. I.e. in GT6 having TC at "1" still makes it possible to spin out of control, but it is still more controllable than not having it on at all. I think it's a great improvement over the older GTs!
