It has been a good while.

Good shot of Mark there.

edit:

Reminded me to upload recent shots to Flickr... We've been getting boat loads of rain (at this point who hasn't) and this is the first time in my life I've seen all four gates open.

Tried a 4x3 on this, but I also did the merge in Lightroom... Probably should've done it in Microsoft Image Compositor, which gives me a lot better results...

Who?

Top pic is Caleb Ewan an up and coming young Aussie and the winner of the race.
If you mean the bottom pic I don't who it is to be honest.
Oh I thought that was Cavendish... Looks a lot like him (wasn't sure what team he is on this year, he's been on Sky, Omega Quick-Step...)

Just took this shot on my phone. Didn't expect it to look this good. Although the lighting is way off, I really like the angle of it.

I've seen quite a few people shoot here and pull off excellent results. This one might be a great one during the day to show off the walkway and the bridge, but the lights from the buildings bouncing off the water is hard to ignore.

Still I love it.

Thanks, agree it would be a different perspective during the day but I had a couple of things against me for day time shooting. Mainly the weather, we had a lot of rain while in Sydney so when it wasn't raining other things with the family came first.

A big 👍 to @Mike Rotch for showing me a few spots that night though to get a few pics from.

First time posting here. Personally I think this shot is rather beautiful, but then, 'beauty is in the eyes of the beholder', so I will just leave it here. :)

Seems like a cool idea to do. Looks almost like wind tunnel testing.

I wonder if you had paper painted/colored as cement pads for the floor and ceiling how much of it you could pull off to be real.

Could be a better image if the (CN?) Tower and other buildings were straight and level, I'd try finding a simple photo editor program which can edit such.

Also, why did you choose such a long shutter timer and closed aperture? The water looks relatively flat without much of the color bouncing around down there, but the effect could probably be greater if you got more of that (the water) than a tree and a beached boat or two.

Surprisingly clear outside so maybe in the next few days you may/may not see a compilation of some night-time time-lapse shots I've been working on. This should go well for a speech I have to do at the end of the month, so hopefully I'll be able to edit that... What I really want is sunrise shots, with nothing in the way.
