I understand what you are saying, but to my knowledge Joe biden hasnt crossed that line. Or could you provide some sources? In europe I think that it is more normal to have more contact in personal space. Some places like france, men also cheek kiss eachother.
You have to look at this in the context of America and it's cultural norms. The left invented safe spaces and microaggressions and this behaviour is the kind of thing they were talking about. The body language and facial expressions of many of the kids are very telling IMO:

I still dont see it. I really think it is a narrative that the far right created. Did any of those supposed "victims" in the video come out saying Biden being inappropiate?

I really think Trump is very vulnerable as a candidate, and Biden would be possibly even moreso.

That first photo is photoshopped:

I think you underestimate how different the culture is here, this is the same country that can't get over Janet Jacksons nipple after all.

That's not to say I think he's some kind of prevert but I can see how his actions can make people uncomfortable.

Agree. What's "normal" in the US is quite different from "normal" in other countries. There's this excruciating example:

Sort of.

Agreed. I don't know if it's consciously sexual behaviour or not ... but it's certainly inadvisable at the very least.

So a picture of him grabbing a woman in an unusual manner is ok, but an accusation of assault isn't.
You were all over our newest Judge.

I don't think "they didn't complain" would hold up as a defense in court.

You really think these are violations that would appear in court?

You are comparing apples with peaches. The judge was accused of assault and when was biden accused of inappropiate conduct or even assault? He is just a friendly guy. Nothing from what I have seen was inappropiate. It is a narrative that was started to dicredit him.

And I was all over him, not because of the accusation, but because of his partisan rant and immature behaviour during the hearing. If you read back my criticism I was never sure he was guilty at all.

I wonder if Biden will really run, I mean, he's older than Trump. Biden is 75, Trump is 72. Trump for the record, is the oldest President that ever served the USA as POTUS in his first term, that distinction was previously held by Reagan who was 69 when he was elected to his first term.

I have this feeling Biden will only run if there is no adequate candidate for the democratic party. Personally after looking at some democrat candidates I still like Elizabeth Warren and Bernie Sanders. Even with the indian heritage controversy she still is the best candidate with Bernie. Corey Booker could be a good candidate, but at the moment it just seems he is trying too hard.

Dang it, you made me look up her birthday. Swift will be 34 on election day in 2024, you need to be 35 to run for POTUS.

A very smart, ambitious, focused woman with a slightly ruthless touch against an erratic, mentally unstable narcissist? Kanye's a shoo-in. 👍

Wait until he runs for something. I’m sure someone will come out regardless of the details behind their interaction.

Would be interesting. Biden has been very vocal around metoo. He stated around the kavanaugh hearing, that people should assume that sexual assault accusations are true.

I don't think you understood what I was asking.

Say some pedophile is on trial, do you think a "the child never complained" defense would be viable?

I understand, but I meant that the offense you are accusing Biden of are so small, people wouldnt be "ashamed"or "scared" to complain about it. But I could be wrong.

If those are the best options then the Democrats are screwed without Biden, they better hope he runs...

This should tell you all you need to know....I mean it's not even close.

Biden 33%
Bernie 13%
Harris 9%
Warren 8%
Booker 5%
J. Kerry 5%
Bloomberg 4%
O'Rourke 4%
E. Holder 3%
Lol, Avenetti 1%

My gut says this will be the dirty uncle election, dirty Uncle Don Vs dirty Uncle Joe. The debates alone will be priceless, I can almost hear the Gaffes now.....

Kids are easily scared, that's why a lot of times abuse (of any kind) doesn't get reported until it's been going on for some time.

Again, I don't think he's guilty of anything more than being a bit of a creepy grandpa. But can you at least try and see why someone may view his contact as inappropriate?

I think the most of them havent really started campaigning for a bid yet. Biden and Bernie are already well-known and the most obvious, as both have already ran for president. That said, Biden would be a good choice for president to bring the parties closer together. His eulogy for Mccain was really great.

Avenatti is only on this list apprarantly, because he was on TV so much.

Wouldnt be good for the democratic party if Hillary runs again. People want change and that was why both Trump and Bernie were popular.

...I'm just going to assume that was a joke.

Partly. Apparantly he is very likeable and actually popular among women. People are only viewing him as creepy because of the memes and rightwing narratives. But I can see why some girls would be creeped out by a 75 year old man. My daughter is creeped out by old guys even without physical contact, but she is just 4.

In before Hillary registers

If they will let her register, lol

This^

Pelosi, and Diane Feinstein, need to go too. The Democrats have a leadership problem, the elders in the party like holding on to their power instead of passing the baton off to the next generation.

I agree and the republican party really should introduce more diversity in the Senate. I know there are some republicansenators female (16 v 5), but they are always flying under the radar it seems. When I picture the Republican part I only see white, grey men. But both parties should have more ethnicities.

This is a problem, I think the solution starts will assisting more people who have aspirations to run for office that otherwise can't or don't have the financial means to run. We can't vote for people unless we have candidates to vote for. I would love to see more diversity in both the house and senate.
