Oh yea Bonefork, I was more than in your shoes. I got lucky, I ordered on Jan 21. Received and email the NEXT day stating, you will receive your wheel mid-feb. Then around Feb11, I get an email at 2amEST since it is 8am German Time stating "unfortunately, due to undetermined circumstances, we will not be able to ship your wheel out until may, sorry"
To say the least, I short circuited. Then I reminded them, they took my money and it is MY property. Also, intellectual property rights in the US guarantees us that we receive our product within 30 days of purchase/monetary exhange. If not, you can legally go after them, even if on back order or not. Within 10 minutes of that, I get an email from Sabine saying your order will ship now!
Coming in October, Thomas is fixing the site so it does not take our money until the order is processing. They had a poor business model in place to begin with. Also, his investors want to make him charge MORE for the wheels since they are in such demand, but Thomas is doing everything he can for us.
I was very angry at first, but Thomas stepped up for me, and I will do the same in return.
