"Please don't give me the death sentence."

Hangs himself.

How was he able to hang himself? With what apparatus and from what sort of ceiling?

30 minutes per watch, I read.

Bedsheet was the tool of choice..what he attached it to I haven't heard.

He was in solertary and gaurds came every 1/2 hour.

From what I understand they remove anything that can be used to hung yourself.

You get laceless shoe, a thick plastic like blanket so you cant just rip up the bed sheets and swing in the breeze.

What if he was murdered? I wonder if there was any chance of that.
What a pussy.
No kidding. How long was he even in there for? Not so tough around people his size.
I don't think this "cheapens the victims out of fair justice" at all.

I'm glad the taxpayers don't have to shell out fifty thousand dollars a year or whatever the going rate is to support this piece of human (and I use the term loosely) excrement for the next twenty or thirty or however many years.

Good riddance to bad rubbish.
That's certainly one way to look at it. Man's dead, but who really cares?

Ironic that you say that. Today on talk radio, the host of the program threw that question out to the audience. Some totally dismissed the idea. Others were thinking that this was a good possibility that it could have very well happened. It does make you think though ....

what if ? and by whom ? the reasoning ?

I think the reason is very clear. It's one of the most heinous crime a civilian actually(lived thru) got arrested for, at least in this country. As for whom, I think that would be pretty obvious as well.

I wish I could say that I didn't care either way, had he served for long time, or that he died, but to be completely honest, I am little bit relieved such a monster was put out of misery.

Eric Bolling calculated it out today. Tax payers were saved $750,000 over Castro's life expectancy in prison. If we can close down Gitmo, it is triple that per prisoner.

Also, the doors are a solid piece of steel with a five by twelve inch, or there about, hole where the guards slip you food with a small observation hole. Lends credence to the murder theory.

Apparently Cleveland police have stepped up their missing persons in that particular neighborhood. They busted another sex offender for rape and murder. Elias Acevedo Sr., 49, was arrested in June for the rape and murder of 30 year old Pamela Pemberton, and another woman whose remains are believed to be Christina Adkins, a pregnant 18-year-old who vanished in 1995, according to Reuters.

How cops busted him was that they found out that he never notified authorities about a change in address after he registered as a sex offender. While arrested, he confessed to the murders and shown police Adkins body.

Acevedo currently faces 115 kidnapping charges and more than 173 rape charges among alleged incidents with Adkins, Pemberton and two other girls who were ages 8 and 11 at the time. He also faces charges in the 1993 rape of his brother’s common-law wife, Reuters reports.

I don't know Ohio legal codes.
Said a felony is 6 years.

I would assume rape falls under the felony part.
I know murder has no limitations
