Are there any cars or tracks in the world that haven't been created at least half-decently by the AC modding community?

Plenty. There's no good legit versions of Watkins Glen, Daytona, Indy, Lime Rock, Sebring, St. Pete, Long Beach, Sonoma. Most of those are the first ones I'd go to if I was a track modder. As for cars, too many to list. There's a lot of oddball mod cars though, but a lot of icons are nowhere to be found.

Are you sure? I would say if i ask teams driving in Blancpain GT if they were fine with their liveries in a racing Game the majority would say yes without extra Money. And Teams like AF Corse who are basically unofficial Factory Team of Ferrari had their liveries in the Game with the 458.

Anyway, as i said before, Kunos should use the mod options of Xbox One and PS4 and set up a Server where you can upload liveries made on PC. It works well in Fallout 4

Absolutely liveries will require licenses. Just think of all the brand names on any given livery, those all need a license agreement. Plus the team "owns" the image as they were the ones who created/commissioned it and it represents their brand. Hell, I'm pretty sure Martini has even patented their iconic livery stripes to ensure nobody else uses them.

The complaints about how long it took to get the Red Pack onto consoles are indeed best put into perspective of the amount of controllable functions on those hybrid cars and how to get everything usable with a controller.

I'm curious if they implemented some kind of on screen pop-up menu system or figured out a way to get all functions on the controller without losing anything important.

Yeah, that's why I'll never race that car online, I'd need at least a year of university just to understand and learn all the controls. :boggled:

More like....

I guess it depends on whether you actually try it or not :D

I'm curious if the F1 rim from Thrustmaster can do it. After all it has 20 odd workable buttons.

About hybrid settings on the fly on the Ferrari SF15-T or Porsche 919 LMP1-H.

They are all included!!!

-You can change the recovery of the brake energy between 10% up to 100%
-You can change manually the hybrid mode between various modes like "Hotlap mode"

And have DRS & ERS

All what is explained in the technical explanation.

Only thing due the preset button mess you can't touch TC options.....

Personalized button mapping hard needed!

There are no control scheme changes in this update, so I suspect console users can not "get the most" out of this car yet. At least everyone should be on the same level for now..

I'm desperate for the following to come with PP3:

- Downshift bug fix
- Brake pressure adjustment
- Custom button mapping, or at least presets for specific wheels that cover all functions (will need an RA menu or long-press button functions or something)

Custom championships I figure will come for sure, I probably won't mess with that.

I don't drive the SF15-T, so hopefully some kind Console user will be able to tell me if all of the features available on the PC Ferrari SF15-T are available on the Console car. While I have no evidence to support such a claim, I have a feeling this car was the biggest reason for the Red Pack delay.

And in all those that are needed... If you don't like it,pass over my comments.
Yeah like Kunos is going to come here to read a post you put on their forum already. Brilliant! Good to see your support group likes it.

VXR
I honestly haven't felt that yet. I'm willing to keep trying, but on the Xbox at least, it's nowhere near as fluid on a pad as Forza 6.
Try it with stability control on ( shock horror ). I gave it a go last night just to see how it is and it's a lot easier. It's never going to be as fluid on pad as Forza because the physics are written for the console market and thus conrrollers. AC made me understand why GT never had more than 180 degrees steering animation.

No special events added from porsche Pack 2 and red pack (PS4)
:banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead:
Nothing fixed from 1.09-1.10.
No brake pressure setup option like the 1.10 PC version (option that came with PP2)

Back to report work..

We've just had the Christmas period, no doubt this is the reason theres only a content update. Stefano was back in work yesterday working on custom lobbies with the schedule being "ASAP". Maybe we will get another update end of this month along with PP3.

let's not get all sensible now eh. ;)

Well, he did post it in the AC support forum, and even included a link to his thread to let us know he's done it and so others can chime in with their issues. Not sure what else you expect him to do.
Would it not make sense to anyone that owns the game,to go to the official forums to explain an issue? Do you take your Ford to a GM dealer for warranty work and then complain to Chrysler ?:banghead:🤬

It is typical for posters who enjoy complaining for the sake of complaining to spread their rants all over the internet, must make them feel important or something, must be something missing in their life.
People into constructive criticism aiming at improving a situation will channel their remarks and suggestion in the appropriate support forum section and try to create a dialog with the developers.
The professional complainers and their minions, some do not even play the game, are more like little bullies trying to feel important. Best to just ignore the rant, ignore button works great, and concentrate on the posters who are actually trying to help.

Thank you,an actual reply that puts everything into perspective.👍

Those who have it, have you driven the Aventador? Is it as heavy as it was in Gran Turismo where it just wanted to keep going on trying to brake as well as understeering under braking. That was the only thing I feared the most of this car. It was so heavy into the corners.

I'm also glad the F1 cars are in this because I missed those nights of Ferrari Virtual Academy.

The F138 is more nervous to me than the SF15-T, more "raw" on the limit, great fun! 👍

Edit: I haven't tried the Aventador yet @Orayani .....But can't wait to get home and try it, and the Masaratis, and Porsches!! Happy days! ;)

I'm not sure if you're talking about Donnced, but I think it's safe to say he deserves a paycheck from Kunos for all of the QA work he does for them...

I think these forums are actually very good in terms of mostly helpful/constructive criticisms.

Yes @Fredzy ......It's a shame "Constuctive Criticism" is often mistaken as complaining/Trolling these days in social media........ Sometimes we have to say something, for it to be fixed, because if not, it stays the same........ Logic! :)

I have a question that I imagine you could answer. When Lewis Hamilton gets into his car with all of these hybrid functions and settings to play with, is he entirely responsible for tinkering with these throughout a lap to optimize his performance, or can these functions be controlled remotely by his team or via a routine that was predetermined? If these drivers actually have to mess with all of these settings all the time, I really have a newfound respect for them.. and also sympathy. They'd need to be half racer, half engineer.

How is saying something here, getting it fixed there? Go to their forum, you know the guys that "make the game" explain the issue, show a video and be patient. They actually respond and try to fix things. What a 🤬 concept!:dunce::gtpflag: Yeah hammy all those Democrats keep saying the same thing over and over,Trump is still the POTUS. Guess that works!
