The Xbox version is really bad. Even if you ignore the terrible tearing and the bad sound mix the random stutter makes it almost unplayable.

I received the PS4-Version.....its almost unplayable at the moment.....this weekend I will try with a wheel, but with a controller, no chance....it's not possible that I have a timetrial and I'm 12 seconds behind the bronzetime...no chance to be faster (and I'm not as bad, platinum in GT / Driveclub / DIRT......)....and the careermode isn't working, also if I win an event, I can only restart it or quit (without saving). And yes, the car always moves to the right, it doesn't matter which of my 4 controllers I use....I hope for an update soon....

Here is a clip I captured with the Xbox game dvr. I know it's 30 fps but the performance is even more annoying in 60 fps.
These random stutters are killing the game for me.
I've tried playing the game from the internal and an external hdd. Clearing the cache also didn't work.

In terms of controller usage now we have completely conflicting reports. @Killermiller24 says it is unplayable while VVV say it plays perfectly well.

i am on ps4 and do not have a patch,.. the ai in this game is HARD|!!
i play most racing games on hard or up, but this game i have on medium and can barely keep up,...
so when doing this with a controller it will screw you up even more!!

Well come Friday if mines like that i'll be putting it away till a patch comes out. Main reason I pre ordered to be fair was the cheap price but i'm fully aware its one of those games that will be plentiful in 2nd hand section for most likely £15 in a month.
It's not like i can't load up PCars/Forza6/DiRT/FH2 and have a pretty seamless experience on xbox one.
In a weird way I think i'm purchasing this game to see what all the FFB fuss is about as i have found a great setting on PCaRS and I want to see the difference, frankly if the FFB physics aren't much better than PCars i't not be taking over my spare time much. If the FFB and physics are as amazing as people have said then the graphics won't bother me much, i have seen FR drops on PC footage on youtube and it always looks pretty ugly on any system.

I made the switch to xbox one late, was not getting much gaming time so just happy with the 360 and a mass of ace games to chose from. Then I heard about PCars, i told myself as soon as it lands i'll get a xbox one. I did and a ltd ed copy of PCars 2nd hand for £25. One game and a game so hyped it was always going to have a tough time, but now still playing it year or so later and loving it for what it is and not what it isn't i've since bolstered my games with treats such as DiRT, Forza 6 plus many titles not involving racing, great games.
AC comes at a time when it doesn't need to be spectacular, i have plenty of games i'd dont have time to play plus more to come, if AC is pants on xbox then this time round i don't care, thats the difference, for £30 i'll take the risk and the FFB and physics better be life changing.

if you do not have bought the game with dlc, you will have too wait!!!
weirdest thing is, i was pumped for the ferrari F1 car,....... but that is not included in the console version,... should come eventualy
