Mines worse, heavy and no detail, cant feel curbs, let alone how far onto it i am. Hoping to find a setting close to the detail we had on the dd pro.
Oh crap. That's what I was afraid of. It's going to be about 4 hours or so before I can get home and see what's going to happen to mine.

Heavy FFB. Lots of detail is gone. Kind of messing with it now. Lowering FFB and raising road effects seems to help?

On ps5 thrustmaster t300 tlcm pedals my gain is 55 rotation is 480 degrees road effects are 35 I forget what you call that other setting but it’s at 100 percent I could up the gain if I want but my arms get tired so I’m comfortable at 55

Did a few online races in the official lobbies. Only once did I survive turn 1. Some races I didn’t even survive straight 1 😂 was being hit left and right.

This game wasn’t meant to be played casually. The official lobbies are 10’ races and only a few do a qualifying lap. It’s destruction derby with gt3 cars.

I created a lobby and either I’m dumb or the options are minimal. Couldn’t find a way to not setup practice time, no option for SR threshold and no option for mixed, gt3/gt4 only. Quite disappointed with the options we’re given. Oh and in case it isn’t obvious, the laps/positions issues were solved.

Good patch, mirrors do seem better, the BMW M4 bug where it showed the lambo was solved, music bug on the menu was solved, and there was about 30-50 people online. Didn’t try the competition server because my SR is at 64 right now.

Spent the rest of the night playing gt7 daily races which says something about ACC for me. Maybe it’s a bit too late to be salvaged or it just isn’t for someone with limited and inconsistent play time. At least the online. Offline is still good and even better now.

Edit: I was also kicked from the lobbies after finishing the race. Since it was on official lobbies it wasn’t a case of the lobby being closed so I’m not sure what’s happening there.

I could only do a little bit of testing and run one race tonight after the update. I don't think you could complain about FFB feeling light after this update. I could barely get the car to turn out of the pits it was so stiff. I ended up having to reduce mine down by exactly half. But it seems that has also reduced road feel a little bit.

The mirror and rearview camera on the Bentley are not as blurred as they were before the update. But I'm still getting the flickering on the steering wheel.

It's not the disaster I was afraid it might be but it's also not as good as it was before the update.

Does your wheel rotation match the wheel in the FFB settings menu when setting the steer lock to 480?
My T300 is set to 900 and matches it perfectly.
Then the game sets the DOR for every car automatically.

Does the game still crash if you select/edit/save control settings?
And I'm not even gonna bother asking about rolling starts lol

Something changed with the FFB on T300 with the latest patch.
Seems like the dynamic damping is not working as it should.
See video at 5.45.
This is how my wheel worked before the patch, now when I try it I get crazy oscillation.
Changing the damper setting makes no difference.

No it does not match the wheel in ffb settings at 480 degrees if I set my wheel at 900 it’s not responsive enough for me am I doing something wrong?

The correct setting would be when your wheel matches the wheel in the FFB settings menu.
( As far as I know ).
You can also change the steering ratio in the car setup menu.
But it is like FFB, what feels best for you..use it.

I'm always going to manually set DOR on my wheel and in the game controls. I just don't trust anything else.

One positive about the update is that it got rid of the opening music still playing after you've entered the game. That was quite annoying.

Every car I have tried the DOR is correct when using 900 ( T300 ).
Changing camera view is a quick and easy way to check it before race.

But I understand what you mean regarding trust when it comes to ACC, far to many bugs.

Yeah I put rotation to 900 it matches the wheel in ffb settings wheel I drove and it feels right so I’ll leave it that but do what Do you mean when you say it changes automatically for every car after that

The cars have different DOR.
The Ferrari have 480 and the Porsche 800 and so on.
When setting the right Steer Lock ( 900 for T300 ) the game then sets the right
DOR for every car automatically.

Hello All.

I am using PS5 and always enjoying many other multi games.
But for ACC, I have trouble to enjoy multi play game that server status is red with not connected.
I hoped that this issue is solved through this patch. But still not available
Do anybody have same problem?

I downloaded the patch yesterday but I didn't get a chance to play it yet. Hopefully I will be able to do so this weekend

I may be wwrong here but I believe if you set up race settings at the main menu before entering multiplayer they will carry over to online lobby. Pretty sure I saw that somewhere.

They need to give an option to turn rear view mirror off as well as virtual mirror, particularly virtual mirror in fact.

I believe a quick fix is to set up new user profile.
Only seems to be affecting some.

I was on last night and online was working well for me.

G29 on ps5 all seems well for me so far, only thing I can think is that I’ve no saved replays or setups so you could also try deleting save files.

I should have clarified, I'm using the helmet cam which deletes the virtual mirror. I was referring to the outside door mirror and the rearview camera. But you're right there should be an option to delete the virtual one.

That would be weird because there’s a menu to set the race settings where you can choose to have qualify and such. You can even set 2 qualifying sessions. I just couldn’t disable the practice time.

I assumed it would appear on the list of servers. It doesn’t?

When you create one you have an option to invite. Didn’t see an option to make it private or public either. It says public though.
