Does anyone know the model year of the Toyota Supra in the J-Pack?

I'm scrolling through my cars in Content Manager and all three have '1979' listed as the Year. Even I know that's not right. :D  I wonder if it has anything to do with the description/info box for this car. It starts off talking about the 1979 Supra's engine and then goes on about the successive models.
Here is some better info to use.

Thanks. It's strange. They will label some cars with a specific model year and many others - nothing. I know it's not anything vital, but I just happened to notice while scrolling through my cars in Content Manager. I don't know if it's something Content Manager tries to auto-fill from looking at the car's JSON file...I'm going to have to ask x4fab.
You must not have heard the pornography of R3E.

Mama mia! That does sound pretty sweet. There is a clear difference in the quality of sounds Kunos uses - very early cars compared to most newer cars. That doesn't surprise me very much, but some of the early cars from Kunos are    Are all the cars in R3E excellent in the sounds department?

As far as I know they all sound great, the guy that does their sound is a wizard and he will be doing the sounds on GTR3.

Meanwhile I'm just standing here like...

Where's my GT-Four at?

I know the feeling! I am waiting for news of a release for the Toyota TS040-HYBRID.
I don't know how accurate it was, but that car was ridiculously fast in GT6 which is where I first learned about that car. I'll be looking forward to giving it a spin or ten around LeMans. 👍

Two quick hotfixes were released:

1.12.4
- Fixed DirectInput polling frequency too high

1.12.5
- Corrected Lotus Evora GTE engine brake
- Fixed crashes due to LDR instruments

The TS040-HYBRID coming to Assetto Corsa will be quicker than the TS030-HYBRID in Gran Turismo and put it's hybrid power through 4WD instead of RWD.

I think the GT TS030-HYBRID was pretty good but I don't think it limited the ERS deployment, like Assetto Corsa will do, which happens in reality. TS040-HYBRID also has 6MJ versus the 0.5MJ of the TS030-HYBRID.

Ok...We need to start a campaign where we demand that the Lamborghini Huracan Performante be licensed and included in an upcoming DLC pack...........soon™!

Holy crap this thing can boogie. Bye bye Aventador SV:

I'm not trying to take anything away from this Huracan or the driver's skill....but modern tires are so freakin' amazing. Hopefully we don't find out that they ran this lap on hand shaved semi-slicks, but used the Pirelli P Zero Trofeo R tires which should be an available option on this car.

Oh man...I forgot it was the TS030 in GT6 and not the TS040. I'm sure it will come as a huge surprise that I don't know a lot about race cars...especially LMP's. Thankfully, Kunos has gotten on the ball with implementing DRS zones on their tracks for cars that have manual functioning like the McLaren P1. I would imagine these TS040-Hybrid's are an automatic system, or something like the Porsche 918 where you set a particular mode, whereas the LaFerrari just does it all...no? I know they're radically different cars, but I really don't know much about ERS systems...probably another shocker! :D  Hey, I'm learning! :P :D

Dear 8 pounds 6 ounces... newborn infant Jesus, don't even know a word yet...thank you for @x4fab!

Did you see the latest additions to CM? Here is one of 'em (it's in the CM Showroom):

He said that he's going to be adding whichever fonts are necessary in addition to making additional countries available for our choosing. Nothing is hard coded, so you can make them totally custom. 👍

I thought this was pretty cool too, for checking out skins in a better environment than the standard Kunos preview (black background). Again, this is using the CM Showroom, obviously:

Flipping through available skins pre-race will be cool...and more importantly, quick!! He told me that we'll be able to make our previews with this new showroom very soon and he says it's 0.5s per preview...unlike the ~2.0s per preview creation now. Plus, it does look a lot nicer, in my opinion. You can turn mirror floor on like in this shot I took a couple of days ago:

Mexico City,Montreal,Hockenheim,Estoril and Adelaide. This are not official tracks,is there a mods for these tracks?

Yes but some of them are mediocre at best, and I've never seen a legit Mexico City mod so that one's suspect. And if the Estoril and Adelaide ones are from Rainmaker they have problems with the track mesh that makes the FFB do strange things.

Why have a series like this run for a broadcast event with no doubt a lot of live viewers with iffy tracks?

That was my first thought. Maybe they're better than I remember, but I know Montreal has no people in the stands and the grass kinda looks overgrown. Feels good though and looks good otherwise. And I remember the Mexico City one now, IIRC the bumps in the last turn (Paralltada?) were so bad I thought my wheel was going to break.
