I wanted to go F50 or 512M and swung for the 512M in the end so we have sin competition for the 917K

That is a damn tough choice but in the end I went with the 333 SP as I love prototypes and the it is of the best sounding ones there has ever been.

I was down to the 333 SP and 575 GTC, to rival the Maserati MC12 GT1, but in the end the prospect of a V12 Le Mans monster was too hard to ignore. Having said that I don't see it winning.

The 250 Testarossa is such a beautiful machine that it appealed to me greatly too.

Seeing the F2004 included is great as that is a screaming legend and the last Ferrari that Michael Schumacher won the F1 WDC in.

I wonder why Kunos has now taken down poll and details of the announcement. It's hard to imagine they jumped the gun when voting ends June 30th.

I'm disappointed with the cars selected. It needed more cars to compete with the ones we already have.

It could be worse.

250 GTO vs. Shelby Cobra
330 P4 vs. Ford GT40
312/67 vs. Lotus 49

I'm aware that some of these may not be direct competitors, but close enough with some performance balancing. Moreover, I can already imagine some fun putting the 288 GTO on track alongside cars like the F40, Countach and Yellowbird.

512 M vs. 917 K, as already mentioned. I also think the 312 P was a Porsche 908 competitor, if I'm not mistaken.

I've seen this mentioned several times now so that will probably get my vote.

Sadly, no. Not sure why you'd want it though since you're only capable of driving one car in that class. I found most of the options un-interesting personally. The 458 Challenge is the only one that really caught my eye but I'd vote for the 512M if it plays nicely with the 917k because I'd prefer to fill out a class over having another one-make, but if we have to have a one-make that's the one to have (even though we kinda sorta already have it in the game, but not really).

Yes, but Wiz can only drive the C7.R.

I think those who don't have preference in the poll, or those who are totally convinced that their favorite car won't win, save the vote for the car(s) most people want. Just a strategic thought crossing my mind.

Well I guess we're going to have to break Kunos' balls. I mean I want that F1 I posted above, I want the 430 scud, the 360, and this..

I suspect most of the cars listed in the poll are on AC's radar one way or another. Whether that's for future DLC or "AC2", who knows. I mean, some of the cars are so unlikely to be elected by the players that Kunos must have another good reason for listing them. Maybe to gauge interest.

Maybe that's why they tossed them in, they knew nobody would pick them but it makes the list look more impressive.
