Is this the Tatuus from Assetto?

Yes, Tatuus.

AC is a reference for every other sim developer? If so, I'd like to see something backing up this statement.

Project CARS, RaceRoom, iRacing, Gran Turismo, Forza, etc.
You would hope they use AC as reference since it seems way ahead. 2014 AC vs 2017 games PCARS 2 and GTS shows if they do use AC as reference they fail misareable at beating it but you would hope the next GTS or PCARS in 2020 could match the game from 2014. The clever people at Kunos just seem way ahead of the competition. Shame the console versions are barebones and full of crap itailian race tracks compared to all the mods pc owners have.

And despite that, I still prefer AC driving feel and FFB on PS4 over any other game, and I have them all. I'm no fanboy, I love them all, but the pure enjoyable driving experience is the stronghold of AC.

Last time around they said they were trying to release pc and console updates together. Well that did not go as planned. But hey , we know it will be worthwhile.

Whats more, a user on the official forum said this:

"I think the problem in this case is that the update isn't finished yet. 10 days ago they fixed the abarth issue I reported, so it's likely they're still working on it and maybe adding some pc features (hard to tell without anyone from the console team around)."

I think it was the R2R pack that they didn't even announce until after release lol.

Yeah... they even didn't open the usual thread on the official forum and said it on twitter days after the update was available.

Curious, what is the Abarth issue?

glad to see kunos is still working on bug fixes

Is it me or does Stefano seem to be much nicer to console players? :lol:
Hehehe yeah it could the case and it might be understandable. I think consoles, despite all the critics, sold more copies of his game than PC. Am I right here?

That's actually a very good question. I have no idea. It probably did...especially since there are two platforms. PS4 and XBOX.

Hopefully there will be some proper bug fixes and not only repaired textures. For this I wouldn't mind a long delay.
From the same user @SlimCharles quoted:

"Most of the threads I've opened in the bug section were seen by one of Kunos' 3d artist. They have the "FIXED" tag so they will be fixed by the next update:

- Missing textures (PS4) for Abarth 500, SLS AMG, Alfa Romeo 4C, LaFerrari and 458 GT2;

- Missing shadows for Ford Mustang GT;

- Glitched liveries for P1 GTR, 911 RSR GTE and MC12 GT1;

- Glitched (red) rims for McLaren 570S (Not sure about interiors textures. Would love to see a screenshot by a Xbox player to see if they are compressed as on PS4);

- Dim dashboard for Nissan Nismo R35 (PS4);

Probably missed one or two."

No mention of gameplay-related fixes.

It has sold more or less the same as the PC version. Stefano said that there are over 1 million users on August. Digital Bross said Assetto Corsa has sold 1.4 million copies in March. Steam Spy, that according to some developers it's very reliable over 30k sales, says Assetto Corsa has sold 600k on PC.

I would say the percentage of copies sold on PC is near the 40%.

Well I bought it twice for two rigs I had using ps4's and I just recently bought it again now that I've switched over to PC. Amazing sim.

Question though in case I'm missing it somewhere in the settings... is there a way to adjust the 'master' brake pressure (meaning I adjust my pedal pressure input in one location and it will apply to all cars) or is that only done through pedal calibration?

Maybe it could be because he interacts with the consoleros less? Or very few posters in the console area open threads suggesting they are space engineers and Stefano has it all wrong? Or its just that the consoleros are cooler cats!

I remember when a pc guy came into a console thread, posted something stupid about forza and got quickly rekt by stefano's answer. it was amazing :lol:

You can play with the brake gamma but not sure if that does what you want. Most cars have a brake pressure setting in the tuning screen though so you can adjust them as necessary.

The LaFerrari is also too quick in a straight line, and has a battery recharge glitch.
