Nope - nothing. Very odd. Maybe his Rift got borked and he jumped out of the window... like I'm about to do.Any news about ACF?

https://www.racedepartment.com/downloads/horizon-immersive-mod.32330/ now this is something I've wanted ever since SOL was introduced to the game
You did ?
Tbh, after looking at the awful preview pics, I did not feel the need to download that. Don't know what it is supposed to do ? Just blur the background to give a speed impression ?
Both these methods require adjustment as your end figure is always power at the wheels. The figure CM shows when you update the data is correct. I just make my own curves now it saves a bit of time. What you can do is just import the power.lut into excel or similar spreadsheet and then take away your drive-train loss in percentage and export the revised figures back into power.lut. It takes a bit of fiddling around but works well.
Transmission loss is a bit of a mystery though, some say AC uses 13% right across the board, others say up to 20% loss on AWD cars. I've also read that it uses a formula that takes lots of variables into consideration from the data folder to come up with a final figure. It would be good if anyone could show some actual figures that the AC engine uses to work out this loss though rather than just "educated" guesses?
EDIT:
I assume the figures you are found are at the crank, in my experience nearly all figures quoted are measured that way unless they specifically state at the wheels.
Great track thanks! Just a quick note to not use capital letters in track/car folder names. It stops CM from recording statistics. Unless of course this has been updated with the recent spate of CM updates we've all had but I haven't noticed anything in the changelogs.
Yeah, that's it 👍Thank you I never knew this, so it have to be "aa_adriaraceway" folder name right?
Thanks, so lets rename all my tracks T_T.Yeah, that's it 👍
You're right, forgot to mention that. The gears on the Merc seem a little short, lol.
I'm sorry to report that the issue I had (race cancelled message) is still present in this version.
Please don't, unless you intend to land in one of your beautiful balloonsNope - nothing. Very odd. Maybe his Rift got borked and he jumped out of the window... like I'm about to do.
Being cautiously optimistic (because there was a little 'hesitation' after the loading phase), but this seems to do the trick.Would you mind try this file temporarily?

Imo just the folder name is enough. I use Total Commander to rename all new cars and track folders to lower case ones and it´s really quick and easy made. Thanks, so lets rename all my tracks T_T.
I was having the same problem as @Fanapryde , I thought I'd reported also but must have forgotten! Anyway this file fixes it for me too, also with the hesitation. I think this is purely to do with BLM app. I've had the hesitation for a while now. Will do more testing.Would you mind try this file temporarily?

I'm pleased to here I'm not the only one using Total Commander! I've used it since when it was called Windows Commander. It's a very powerful tool indeed, handy for comparing file differences such as @jk0011 's new ini config vs. the old oneImo just the folder name is enough. Just crtl+a, ctrl+m and change "upper/lowercase" to "All lowercase" and voilà it´s done.
@damone13x as soon I´m as I´m getting well, I´m curious for your newest update. For sure, it´s marvelous. 👍
Thx for the nice work you done and shared with us.

Hello all, just download this nice looking car but hit this, is there any easy fix ?
It's absolutely worth it. Basically an old school style file manager with tons of functionality.I need to look into Total Commander. I've been using Code Compare along with Visual Code studio for all my INI editing

I have the same issue with a couple of cars amd also would like to know how to fix
Yeah, I was very surprised he got stress with Micro$oft because he named it "Windows Commander", so he had to rename it to avoid legal stress, but imo one of the best file managers. Nice to ear you use it too. 👍I'm pleased to here I'm not the only one using Total Commander! I've used it since when it was called Windows Commander. I bought 9 licenses for our old company "centuries" ago.
Imo a way easier prog to compare files: Meld
And the best, you can just drag´n´drop files into it on the Total Commander button bar.
Even comparing 3 files, directories is possible.
And the way to transfer the amendments just by clicking on the arrows (left/right) is a immensly time and labour saving.
I appreciate the work and updates.
The road mesh for this track has some major issues that violently toss cars around, especially those with tighter suspensions, like GT3 and open-wheel cars. The track surface needs bumps in the right place, but these are almost like spikes in the mesh. Even the straight has issues. In VR, the "jumps" become so violent on a few sections of the track, I think I'm having a seizure.
Address this issue, and it will go from being a good track, to an excellent track.
