I've been trying to fix these RSS GT-N lights for half a day now and no luck on anything. Nobody has offered any suggestions on what to do, nothing in the files that I've changed have any affect, nothing I've changed on or off in the CSP menu has changed anything and haven't found any other cars with this issue either. Seriously, somebody please respond before I go crazy. Can someone here at least drive either of the cars and check it out for themselves?

Given that both GT-N cars are affected, I'm convinced this issue is related and isolated to this car pack for some reason. The Bayro and RSS GT packs have no issues either with the lights.

No issues here either. Have you got the "Global CSP lights controlled by sol" setting in SOL Config switched on? (Page 3 of the latest version of SOL)

You may have seen this posted in places, its just called a GT3 pack. Has anyone poked around to see what they actually are? Are they modded of existing mods or what. Or are they all BoP'd?
They dont over write any other cars. Never played with or seen the analyzer(the one that shows whats on the car, where certain parts came from etc) in CM, theres two in analyzing data etc under tools but doesn't do the in depth.

Great, now I can't even find settings for SOL. I've looked all over the settings menu of Content Manager and haven't found anything.

I think you need to do it in game. Start a session and go to the right hand menu and find sol config. Then have a look in there. Just don't update it to the alpha like i did as I've now got a whole set of problems I never had before :banghead:

EDIT: fixed everything by rolling back to a stable release of SOL (15.1). Suppose it was an alpha for a reason.

No luck. I also just found out that the headlights on the Porsche GT-N actually do work. However, the taillights are still not functional for whatever reason. The headlights on the Ferrari and both car's taillights are busted. The randomness of this is kind of hilarious.

Come to think of it, there was a split-second power outage at my house the other day. I wonder if this could be due to some miniscule amount of physical damage or corruption my computer received as a result of shutting off instantly? Although corruption doesn't seem likely as replacing the files had no effect.

Using both cars in Content Manager Showroom, all the lights work properly, but during a race it's still the same.

It seems to me to be just a car assembly
The car that he presents as a 488 GT3 is actually a 488 challenge (which is not perfect by the way)

I'll check it out. Isn't that the Brazilian version of a Scirocco crossed with a Golf?

I though a Brazilian Scirocco would be hairless?

But yes. It is that Brazilian thing. I thought the body looked near identical to the MK2 Scirocco, but since I'm not a Volkswagen afficianado, I could be way off the mark.

OK ty. Looking some more, the Porsche above is a kunos gt3_r 2016 with a re branding of it being 2018 and more hp. Hard telling if the physics were touched or anything else - cant sim right now.

Vauxhall VX220 pack update: https://mega.nz/file/3hsDEIJS#G7oFW6FgRUEnw2WNYJpvyn0V00HeQEHD-9th-KytNaw

Changes:
- Basically a whole new model, ham fistedly stitched together from the original model I used and the one a while back from Henri Amazir so that the VXT is pretty much accurate now, with darkened light clusters, spoiler and correct wheels, VXR the same but with black bits and the NA with removed turbo badge, front and rear spoilers and light clusters lightened. Most importantly, the wheels no longer look rubbish and the tyres aren't 300mm wide.
- Most shaders, paint, cameras, UI, LODs and other stuff fixed or improved.
- Engine data, torque/power curves, drivetrain, dimensions, aerodynamics, gearing, brakes, electronics and AI corrected
- Semislick tyre option for the standard VX and VXT in line with the fact that pretty much all Kunos cars get semislick tyre options
- Folder names tidied (won't replace the originals for those that have them if you want to compare for whatever reason)

When the race starts to load, I get this warning.

And the, Race cancelled message.

Checking the Data folder lod.ini is there with this inside.

This happens with all 3 cars. Any tip, please.

Cheers,
Paulo

I'm wondering if the cars are converted from ACC or it's just the same mod I found ages ago, which was a waste of bandwidth,
The skin of the Jaguar I've seen on another forum, reminds me of an old Jaguar Xk-R GT2, so not Blancpain Jaguar G3 of ACC.
In a moment I will update you...

Pack deleted :D Oh and the Bentley was the one I reworked with ACC Racelogic and steering wheel.

Has anyone managed to get the replay camera on RD (not the camtool one) to work? And if so how did you do it?
I missed this, been waiting for some normal replay cams thanks. Works fine here, are you using the 44 pit version posted here? If so you also need to copy the camera.ini into the "..\assettocorsa\content\tracks\willow_springs\big_willow_44pits\data\" folder. If not make sure when you are extracting the cameras that you have the camera.ini file in "..\assettocorsa\content\tracks\willow_springs\big_willow\data\"

Hi, sorry for not answering, I want more pits for Top Gear track because my team will hold a Drag Wars event with lots of people, I would be really glad if you help me
Which version of Top Gear? Could you send me the link to the track?

Also, how many pits do you need? I will see what I can do.

I will send you it in DM, I would need like 40-45 pits, there doesnt need to be a modification of the map for a pit zone, it can be in the side of the streets.

I'd rather have a whole separate car (because I intend to keep the original for online racing). Three hundred meg these days is a pffle. An adjustable final drive would be nice, but you're drifting away from the idea of a spec racer. Why not a turbo option or a Chevy Rat motor? Oh, I forgot to post my (10-lap) Brands setup. Please let me know what you think it needs.
I'm not getting crazy with it. I'm going to bump the final, leave it be and make a new one with more power to please the small few people who liked it but thought it wasn't enough.
I'll try the setup and see how it works out.
I usually do the setup in the ini files and get the car close to neutral while making it and then edit the setup.ini parameters to allow an adjustment up or down from there.

Donkervoort D8 GT4 Version 1

__custom_showroom_1587258883.jpg

After a little while of silence, My group is proud to finally bring the Donkervoort D8 GT4 tune to your hard-drives. This isn't a one-to-one recreation of the 2009 version, it's a modern interpretation based on the 2018 Donkervoort GTO.

This car, which I have affectionately nicknamed "Mechanical Grip Boi" is lightweight and features 270 horses to carry you to victory, or somewhere close to that maybe. It probably isn't the quickest on the straights but you can pull off some pretty heroic divebombs with this little guy.

AI Speed is enough to go rounds with the Kunos Cayman. Trust me when I tell you it's decently quick in the right hands.

A complete list of features and changes in this mod:

- Six liveries (two per team), matching pit crews, matching pit banners and matching driver suits.
- Recoloured instrument display
- Suspension tweaks
- Differential tweaks
- Revised power output and torque curve for GT4 balancing
- Increased weight
- Increased braking power
- A new description
- Balanced AI
- Removed Push-to-Pass system
- GIBBONS GT4 tires
(probably some others I'm forgetting to mention)

Credits:

@MrB00 for making these awesome skins and suffering through many things breaking
@Fanapryde for being our tame racing driver and his new display
@Beezer215 for being a wrench-monkey/wizard person with the suspension and differential
@GzeroD for putting up with us after things kept breaking
@GIBBONS for the tyres
You for being interested in this project

Stay tuned, the GT4 Everything project will return.

...the analyzer(the one that shows whats on the car, where certain parts came from etc) in CM...

Forgive me for being clueless, but I've seen screenshots of that before, and I can't seem to find it no matter how hard I look! There's the "Analyze" button on the bottom of the Cars screen under Content, but that's just looking for issues that need to be fixed. I can't find any other analyzer and I'm losing my mind over it! :scared:

Where you been hiding? Good seeing you.

I assume you have the whole pack? If I already have all those should I just bin it?
But if the hp was increased in all, like the Porsche above and BoP'd, it would make alright for another GT3 pack as they don't over write any cars.

is it just me or is sharemods completely impossible to download from without some sort of outrageous malware?

EDIT: Figured it out. gotta press the download button like 17 times to avoid the malware page and actually get to the download page.

:D Well, honestly I'd be more impressed by a whole ACC GT3 pack.
I already deleted it once...I did it twice. But if you want to try it, be my guest. If I remember correctly a member of this forum already BOPed the GT3 we have, a couple of months ago.

Yes, if it was a complete ACC pack I wouldn't even be posting or asking :D
All of the GT3's were balanced or just one car. I must have missed it.

Truly the best PPfilter i've used thus far. been running A3PP, but this just makes everything look so much better. The base settings it comes with though are complete garbage, i cranked everything up and took off the limit in the settings file and it looks amazing!

The best filter ever but the base settings are garbage, makes sense.
So what did you edit in the pp? Theres no knob that goes to 11.

I finally did a whole reshade. Holy tits.
It does change a lot. I was going to try a few of them, after backing up my folder of course. I figure, whats to lose.

Worth it. First one I did was the AC-2020 and it does bring the game into 2020. Looks great.

Haha. here are my presets. also, you need to edit misc>ppfilters>change the value of the following line from 1280 to 0:

[OPTIMIZATIONS]
FIXED_WIDTH=0 ; this resolution is the one used for the effects, if set to 0 takes the actual res, if set to a number let's say 1280, uses a small buffer for the effects, helps on performance
