So they removed the mod because someone ripped their skins?

This is mind boggling to me. So because somebody ripped their skins, they removed the mod for everybody? How exactly are they punishing the ones that did this? They already have the mod and they are only punishing other normal users and in end effect themselves, cause now this rip is gonna get more acknowledgment as their work, as nobody is gonna remember they made a mod in a few months and the rip will live on an become acknowledged as original. Really brilliant move! 👍


But hey, it's their mod and can do wathever they want. Not having their mod enjoyed by the community was certainly not their goal. And now the rippers hurt them twice, stole their work and made them not use theirs.

On V8 Scorsa Mustang, all mirrors are inverted (and middle mirror is missing but it's just a data problem).
Is it possible to fix it ? Or maybe there is a new version to fix this problem ?

So here is a question though.
Is anyone here in possession of the 2020 V8 superscars pack from the moment before it was taken away? Because I feel it very unfair to remove it just because some guy ripped their work. In my opinion there are better ways to handle such situations, especially if they have an evidence judging from the message on their webpage. They know who did this so I'd rather to handle it between them than just take it away from innocent community. As a big fan of V8 series I am now furious I can't check their Mustang on track just because. I didn't even download the Mustang which appeared here some time ago since I wanted to wait for the official release and support the team. What they did is just silly and childlish because like @ales100i pointed, right now they will be struck down twice because of a ripped mod cruising around the net and furious community.
So like I asked, do you guys happen to already have their 2020 mod and would like to share it. Seriously, I don't have so much time for simracing nowadays like I had it before because you know, work and life and I missed the opportunity to download it while it was available. I don't want to suffer now because they can't handle it in a mature way.

A quick question: Is there a way to enable a Full cool down lap after you cross the finish line? Being teleported back to the pits 6-8 seconds after you finish a race is always bit jarring lol.

If not a full lap, any way to extend the time, to around 30 seconds?

Firstly which car?
Mod or kunos.

First thing is that is possible, under-steer, well how sims implement under-steer.
In AC you can click something in FFB settings that makes this even more pronounced.
Check that...

Failing that and if its worse in a certain car, it could be in the car.ini file under the controller settings, wrong steer ratio etc.

I guess it is just under steer, possible set up can change that?
Fiddle with more down-force at the front , tyre pressures etc.

Is it the new Lambo by velo by any chance?
I find that car to be very similar to what you describe and i had it down as under steer, which how sims deal with that is not something i am a fan of.
Sort of accurate but without seat of the pants it can just feel broke.

There's a cooldown lap option in CSP settings (can't remember exactly where) but it's a little buggy. Better than nothing though.

There's a cooldown lap option in CSP settings (can't remember exactly where) but it's a little buggy. Better than nothing though.

Can anybody please post their settings for this? I've broke something and now the AI always, and I mean ALWAYS, run with headlights on. I believe the fix is with the Headlights if ambient light is under% but I have no idea how to determine what this value should be.

Cheers for the reply. I found the RE#30 in the 1982 f1 mod. The one i'm looking for is the one with no front spoiler, that used to break down on the same laps. If one blew a turbo, you knew the other one would also. Prost and Arnoux era.

You have to install SOL. It's a weather system for AC. Look for it at racedeparment. First install the custom shaders patch if you haven't.

That's pretty steep. I understand the work involved in making a track and support pay mods, but you have got to be reasonable in your asking price. That's $18 in canadian dollars, I paid $20 for AC + all DLC. Rf2 dlc is often criticized for being too expensive and its licensed content still doesn't cost me that much. Look at RSS, probably best mod group for paid content and I find their pricing very acceptable, VRC tracks priced at half that. If Kunos offered a fully licensed track at that price I'd still pass as too expensive.I guess I'll be passing, maybe pick up a couple things from VRC.
