For this update:
-Added two billboard skins inc new track logo on the s/f straight. Both skins have vegetation texture tweaks (darker grass & trees with higher contrast)
-Added branded Aosta blimp
-Added ballooons (inc Aosta branded version)
-Added airliners at altitude
-Added helicopters (needs stFlow for rotor blade motion)

Thank you very much for this. It brings a lot of life and atmosphere to the track. I'm hoping there'll be others like this.

I notice, though, that I'm losing about 10% of my fps with this running. I'm wondering if that's the same for others or if it's something I've got that isn't set up right.

Also, just to check: if I have a config file (like the one you've made in the .rar) and put that in an Extension folder in the track's folder (as you indicate), then that config file overrides any other config file (e.g. in assettocorsa/extension/config/tracks/loaded)? Or should I go and delete other config files (in e.g. assettocorsa/extension/config/tracks/loaded )?
Hi Billy Pilgrim,

if you put an ini into an extension file into the track folder directly as you did right here CM always checks that file at first. If there is another one in \loaded it will be ignored. The ones in \loaded are only used if you use the auto-update function in CM so that´s the right place where the ini´s should go. I have this function disabled though since I always edit something here and there and it is overwritten once you have this one enabled if you don´t put attention to it.

The ini and my config does not have an influence on the FPS so I think this must be something different.

You are correct, but I think the way you worded that is a bit miss leading.

From my understanding CM doesn't completely ignore the files that are not priority, Its the duplicate values that are ignored and only taken from the file with priority.

For example, grass fx from one file and lights from another file = Both values get used.
Grass fx that exists in two files = the fx are taken from the file with the highest priority.

Great update. Fantastic car. When in Vr windscreen has light purple dots all over it on front and side windows.
Any ideas please.
 
Are you saying that you don't have to restart AC when you add, let's say, FLIP = 1 to a mirror?!? That it's applied on-the-fly?
It never worked for me, no matter what combination of settings I use:

Yeah, whenever I find a car with borked mirrors I just adjust the mirror with BLM Car, find the newly-created config, add FLIP=1 to the mirror in question, save the config, and go back to CM and select the car again. It's not exactly real-time on-the-fly, but I certainly don't have to restart AC/CM to see the effect.

Terrific, thank you, but there are markings on the glass windshield like purple rain marks.
 
You need to click 3 dots near the BHP graphs and click the last bit down which sets bhp etc to data file.
Thank you Safi. I go there for every new installed car. Majoraty of them comes with a wrong graphic.
But always click on the 2nd one.

** for the PerPixelMultiMap with Emissive map shader to work correctly in-game, you need to copy the folders inside "ksPPMM_emissive" to your AssettoCorsa folder.


** Lumirank DRIVER ID will appear automatically. If you want to customize DRIVER ID letters, use the TEMPLATE inside the folder "Lumirank DRIVER ID Template". White color letters for PRO, blue color letters for PRO/AM and orange letters for AM. If you create a new skin, don't forget to edit the skin ext_config.ini accordingly, hiding the DRIVER IDs you don't need. Follow the examples written in "Lumirank_ext_config_skins.txt".

aaaah, ok, it's not on the fly and you DO have to restart AC as I was saying.
In fact, when the app creates the ini file, if you add the FLIP option (manually or via the new app functions) WITHOUT closing AC it won't be applied.
You do have to close AC and launch it again in order for the mirrors to be flipped. This doesn't happen with all the other mirrors' functions that are applied live. That's because CSP doesn't reload the mirror config but handles it itself.

PM me if you want to test the flip mirrors functions (horizontal and vertical flip), the app will ask you to restart AC in order for the flip changes to be applied (at least you won't have to manually edit files).

If you're running temporal AA and if you still get a smeary weird view in the T1LM917 even after you set the interior window to "Alpha Testing", change the settings I've circled below. It was the only way I was able to fix the issue on my end. Can't live without Temporal AA.

Don't use alpha testing. Here is the windscreen fix for T1LM917. Put everything back to stock including alpha blending and unzip this file into ...\Documents\Assetto Corsa\cfg\extension\cars

Is anybody interested in doing some replay cameras for Legions Le Mans 1985 track. There are no cameras for this track. Close up cams would be good. Many thanks.
Is the track working for you for racing against ai? Freezes when loading ai spline for me each time.

I think our definitions of restarting AC must differ. :)
To me, restarting AC is shutting down CM and starting it again, which I don't have to do. All I have to do is restart the driving session from the menu.

Sorry Kenny, didn't get back to you on that one. It is quite odd, my version and the uploaded version are a binary match so it should work. Could you please try a redownload and clean reinstall. Delete your previous version anyway as I changed the name from 86 to 85.
