Cool newsfor you!
But it would be possible to have your extension as new layout for each track?
Not sure about what do you mean exactly...
That can be done obviously and it even removes some constraints but the initial goal of using extensions instead of new layout is to keep some online usability (for kunos tracks especially) and to let players choose if they want to use it or not. Can you explain further ? (you can DM me in french if you want 😉)

There is an option to save points on control section in CM. I saw the Twisty in Renault's showroom in France. Loved it.
do you know where it is exactly? when i click lights and press t the movable points come up but save doesnt come up on the side bar anywhere like it would for say suspension.

I swapped my Audi 3 litre V6 supercharged S5 cabriolet for it, and the Tesla has better 0-60 than the Audi. I have the acceleration boost option which brings 0-60 to around 4 seconds. (By the way @Mike173 I have sourced a high quality Model Y 3D model if you think you could make something out of it - let me know).

Good afternoon
I have a Ryzen 7 3700x (8-16 threads) with an RX 5600XT and 16Gb ram, running at Full HD 2560x1080.
I noticed that by disabling SMT in the bios, my AC ran with higher CPU usage and less stuttering.
I disabled anti aliasing, and CMAA along with ambient occlusion in CSP. I just left MSAA 2x enabled, along with shadows and reflections at 256x256 (almost minimum) and the other effects at maximum in the video tab of AC.
In short, I want to know if I'm losing a lot in graphic quality by disabling these functions.
For testing, in Nords, with grid 25 plus I, it's around 52-60 fps with Sol config at ultra high. Kunos cars and mods too.
Suggestion for better optimization of this CPU and/or for this GPU, I'm all ears.
Thats really bad performance. I have only a Ryzen 2700x and a rtx2070super and have a very good overall quality set up @3440x1440 with full grids mostly 70-100fps

I have tweaked my CSP very well i think. CSP has some fps-killer options. I am using v176_92 right now. So i can only suggets to upload my tweaked config folder if you want to install and test with "my version" ??

Sorry it were too much options so can`t remember all the tweaked files.

tried and reexporting your project? kseditor sometimes does a funny and screws exports, and try if you can open the kn5 on your desktop, if that doesnt work something is wrong with your mod in generall
no idea , i will let u know , i hope we find the solution because that s a scratch made car :s

does somebody got this already and know where to find the misstake ?

Can’t start showroom:

Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

CM showroom won t open either and tells me , unexpected error

In ks editor the car loads and no problems !

Would appreciate some helps

Thanks !
i experienced a similar issue, turned out one of the textures was dodgy despite it being a dds or png file.

You have a much stronger GPU so it makes sense you get better fps at a higher resolution.

oh ok i am a AMD noob so i don´t really knew how strong his card is. I thought will be somehow similar, without checking out first.
But anyway i recommend to test "my version" I think i have found a very good point between visuals and performance.

To gain performance in assetto corsa, lower the resolution of shadows and reflections, adjust one face per second of rendering reflections.

At resolutions @1440p with msaa x2 it is enough to remove jagged edges.

disable dynamic shadows and lower resolution of rear view mirrors.

Everything else doesn't matter if you go down because you're not going to gain more performance, those are the parameters that directly affect it.

In any case, you are underperforming for the equipment you have.

edit, you can actually gain more performance by disabling csp and ppf, but you're left with a 2014 game

Sears Point/Sonoma but I think we have a rather modern version of the track, too many buildings now to be convincing with just a skin. It would be nice to have a re done version with your skin on it.
Yeah its the same with Sebring, Road Atlanta, and Laguna Seca. If someone where to redo the tracks I would be willing to supply a 80s skin.

Who you can recommend for commission work? My friends and I look for someone honest with high quality skills. I hope that question is not illegal here.

Little 3DSimEd question. I was fooling around with the pitcrew.kn5 file to change the look of the face texture and it worked out pretty well except when I export the new .kn5 file, his body no longer casts a shadow. The pole he holds does, but not the body. I didn't change any parameters, just the face texture. Would anyone have any ideas as to why I lost the body shadow? Do you think exporting to kseditor and creating the .kn5 from there would bring back the shadow?

what the face needs is just a balaclava imo.... it might be how the engine deals with the kn5 to autogenerate it?
