If you have the RTM/Ex-Mods version just change (in every skin) the assettogarage_work.dds into body_dds.
The skins will fit then.

Does anyone know what this car is? My wheels when I lived in Star Prairie Wisconsin - cost me $200 in 1985. I would like to mod it but can’t unless I know what it is. I thought it was a Dodge but I can’t trace the model.

couple of days ago an update was posted on ACTK Garage, which is worth mentioning here as it is a very nice race-car mod (imho):
the ACTK Nissan Skyline GT-R BNR34 NISMO GT500 v1.3

it only had 3 skins though , so I created 6 extra skins, which you are welcome to as well , on my Google drive:

It's definitely a Monte Carlo but it could be 70s Monte Carlo

That´s a 1977 Dodge Monaco.

It´s 1974 predecessor is available on RD as well.

Thanks, that's exactly what it is! I was confused by the 1974 mod, which I have. I think the 77 is better looking - I will investigate that model although unfortunately it’s the four door sedan, mine was a two door coupe. Mine had one of the larger V8s, 360 cu in I think.

It was reliable and quite fast - I really enjoyed it. I got stopped a couple of times on the back roads of Wisconsin/Minnesota but when I pulled out my British driver's licence the cops were usually pretty friendly!

So the version/author is not mentioned in the ui ? Car folder in my version is called toyota_celica_imsa
Open a skin and see how the .dds is called.
No use sending you the skins, since you have tried to change the name and it did not work. Obviously my skins wouldn't work either.

warning : in this 7z on mediafire there is both an unpacked data folder and a packed data.acd file...
This is confusing imho (which is the most recent/intended data? and some ppl will run the unpacked data , others the packed, depending on how they have setting in CM)
So I urge to always share with either the data folder OR the data.acd file, but never with both.

That's what I did and there is none. It seems there's indeed no issue. I have some skins that also have custom driver and pit textures and they work just fine as well. I'm also guessing upper case letters are fine as I see many skin makers using them. Yeah, I'm pretty paranoid as well about this stuff.

My final update for this car for a while.
The car should look great now as most GT conversions.
Fixed almost all of the gaps and fixed the rear tires.
Will now resume the TVR Tamora conversion....
