Why does GTPlanet have unusual rules?

GTPlanet’s Acceptable Use Policy applies across all areas of the website and is somewhat unusual on the Internet due to its request for “decent grammar” and the prohibition of “txtspk”.

Such rules are often met with confusion and contempt by some new users. However, GTPlanet is not just another disposable “video game forum” – it is a community and a home for thousands of like-minded people which has thrived for more than a decade. These rules have always been in place, and remind everyone to put a little more thought into what they’re contributing to the community. In turn, this creates a more pleasant and attractive place for everyone.

So guys

Here a next version of the Jaguar Project 8:

-Added more skins (original blue and original orange), also I added the e-trophy skins, because they look pretty cool on the car.
-fixed the problem with the engine (shouldn't blow away that fast anymore:D)
-Added autoclutch (like in real sequencial cars)

For a future version I'll try to remove that ugly aerial (don't know how, but I'll shure find a way...)
Also I want to make a second version of the Jag (XE Project 8 "Touring", without a spoiler)

Any help is appreciated:cheers:

It's quite easy to remove items in 3dsimed, I've removed the aerial (assuming you meant the thin one) and also removed the co-pilot fully. I had a quick check on a track and it loads fine and appears the way it should but the dashboard texture for current gear could really do with improving (only real observation I made). I haven't got time at the moment to make sure I haven't broke anything, but basically all I did was remove 2 objects and re-save the kn5. Here it is if you'd like to check and copy or use it to further improve on:

Yeah man, thanks, but I solved the problem by myself:)
I finished the Jaguar mostly, there are now two new versions:

-Jaguar XE Project 8 "normal"
-Jaguar XE Project 8 "Touring Edition 2018" (no wing)

updates:

-deleted the ugly aerial, which was on front-top of the car
-fixed some issues at the engine (shouldn't blow away that fast now)
-changed the gear-setup a little bit (still not perfect:P)
-added a second version of the car (Touring Edition)
-added the e-trophy skins to the normal edition ('cause these skins look nice on the car even if it's not electric)
-created some skins (orange and blue with/without jaguar-skin)
-deleted the copilot definitely

My 'real billboards' skin for the excellent Horsma Raceway should be up on RD tomorrow or the day after. Just want to tweak a few things. It needs careful testing as almost all of the billboards are different proportions. I clad the bridge in timber too. Going for a weathered/neglected look overall.

And what does this have anything to do with AC?
i'm looking to port some prototypes into ac once i finish my Aston martin cygnet so i thought of maybe asking you guys which one to port into ac!
Chrysler me412 and some others like the Volkswagen w12 syncro still haven't finished the cygnet and expect low quality since i'm a new modder and the model is from Forza Motorsport 4!

The working AI flood, like in the vid, requires the Shader Patch version 32-39, it seems every later version dont work bugfree anymore for this feature and you have the choose track day in the CONTENT MANAGER. When you have problems or find new bugs dont be shy and ask in the comment section. This was a spontaneous idea, i changed the colliders of the trucks and the other traffic cars and it works, no more crashes. I made the video yesterday, today i reworked some bugs. The racer ai (just normal ai with Shader Patch traffic flood) will normally overtake the traffic on its lane but it doesnt recognize traffic on the second lane, what causes many accidents, now i change the traffic collider so that the racer ai cant collide with the traffic and now everything works mostly great. I also overworked the ai hints for the track and the AI will not crash inside the tunnels but when there is a truck inside, it will sometimes try to overtake but dont recognize the middle wall, so be a bit carefully and make sure that AI skill is on 100%. I added the physics for the road joints, so now you can hear the noise and feel it when you drive over it. I mean this noise: https://youtu.be/Vib_wje7jdw?t=775 (@12:55) I overworked the flickering truck texture from the video, so it dont flicker anymore. Know issue: The low poly truck is very buggy, i will replace it with a better high poly model asap. Additional kei car traffic pack: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1Y5X... (traffic versions can't be driven by players) The Suzuki Cappuccino is made by Esprit3905 alias ДЯДЯ ДИМА You can find the drivable original on his YT-Channel https://www.youtube.com/user/Esprit3905 The Honda Beat is made by Sim Dream Development You can made your own AI cars, when you copy over the drivetrain.ini, engine.ini, aero.ini, ai.ini and the power.lut from the data folder of one of this kei cars to your new traffic tune data folder.
