New GT4 BMW skin for you to download

Small variations on existing skins to create the "6h de Brands Hatch '80" and "Le Mans 24 hours '80" versions...

Now it's more correct ( Lancia Beta Montecarlo Le Mans '81 ), small details corrected (front part in white, as well as the door column).

[X90]

😒

Not only too many GT3s, but way too many GT3s in such little time. And we all know why.

I'm generally a Day 1 purchaser, but I've had it. Leaving this for a few months at the least - and I love the Huracan. They're becoming a damn subscription service at this point.

[Elio92]

Is it the one who appeared today at RD?

Hi !

With CSP 0.1.79, none layer like SOL and a vanilla car for testing the track, I got a crash.

Cheers.

Sorry to hear that. We never had issues while testing. We had different CSP versions, Pure vs Sol, VR/ triple screens, single screens...
Iirc Luis is also on 0.1.79, not sure though. I'll ask.

[Bjorn_G]

The year postfix only showed up in the loading screen, not in content manager, in game or anywhere else.

So I found the culprit: It was a (most likely obsolete) line in extension\config\gui.ini that did it. It's probably left over from earlier versions of content manager when it had a different approach to adding this postfix. I probably enabled that option some (long) time ago and have just kept all the config files intact when updating content manager over the years.

Now, the option in content manager obivously has a different approach, and no option would touch this line in gui.ini, but the loading screen still reads and uses it.

Would probably have avoided this (and potentially other issues I don't know about yet), if I deleted all the extension config files once in a while... I'm mostly running default settings any way, so restoring my settings isn't much hassle.

Just don't mistake Norwegian for Danish. The two are as different as Cantonese and Mandarin.

Does anyone have crowd/spectators mod for Shanghai International Circuit (china_2021_fab)?

Other tracks like china_2022 are crashing for me.

edit: nevermind, downgrading my version of CSP made the other tracks stop crashing.

[MrLonguinha17]

I'm going to ask for help (with something unusual). I'm no longer able to (sometimes), adding certain companions to private groups (because the search window) prevents me from being able to access the guest's name. Does anyone know where to change the configuration to release it? I also don't remember if it was possible to access the (group components). I'm lost in this situation (very strange)...Redoing all the links (individually it's very complicated)...

Hi.
I also have the same problem with (at least) the 'china_2022' version with the preview428 CSP.
Has anyone found a solution?

@Fumblefap
Disclaimer: One guys opinion, YMMV, yada-yada.
For me, best version of this track, to date.
Backgrounds and accoutrements reflect the early version of this release, but (again imo) the racetrack itself is the most believable. Others had a psychotic roller-coaster kind of feel, that you could never quite trust. Even once I "knew" where the track was going to be over the blind elevation changes, the surface grip and change-of-direction visuals never inspired confidence.
This is the first version where I've felt confident enough to attack the circuit.
100% possible that this is simply a skills issue. I'm an old guy, playing pretend racing cars
Really looking forward to the graphic refinements which will undoubtedly come.

Try this updated version:

https://www.racedepartment.com/downloads/algarve_portimao_2023-update.64644/

If it still crashes, you could try deleting/renaming crowd_facing.ini
It seems to crash several tracks, though even vanilla AC supports it.

[MeltFire]

yes, you need to set the ksPerPixelMultiMap_damage_dirt shader for this material, it has these parameters, and it is usually used for the car body

Huge Thanks! I have a few other cars that have this problem as well and it has been bugging me for a long while!

[Vintagedriver]

Is there a member who can share this mod https://www.hsw.hu/?p=58109 of a old GN JapV8 cyclecar as the original link is dead.

Edit: @Paulo Ribeiro please read my pm sent to you, about this mod thats in your screen shot you posted, at https://www.gtplanet.net/forum/threads/how-do-you-personally-group-cars.392464/.

Hi everyone, I know that this could sound like an inusual question but are you aware of a performance version for Maple Valley? I think that the real problem of that track converted from FM it's probably related to the high number of movable objects present on the track which cause a big loss of FPS on my side (not high performance PC).
Please let me know if I can do something or if you know an optimised version. Thanks in advance, you are the best guys😊

[RedEye Racing]

Hello! A great day everyone. Could anyone convert the SIGMA P1 from AMS2 to AC?

my pc is quite old, but with the version that was released not long time ago + my (re)config+cams, i have good performances alone on track. Which kind of performance issue do you have?

Hello everyone, does someone have some skins for the 24h Nürburgring 2023? I want to hav ea filled grid with real liverys from this year.

Hi !

The track loads perfectly now so thanks a lot for all the people involved in.
I just applied the files without renaming anything.

Thank you for your answer, your view about my problem and your kindness.

Cheers.

@carTOON Città di Aorta

Thre's a problem with the pole lights which are missing the glass, so i had to make a workaround which btw let the light illuminate also the top of the pole, even from the ground is not visibile. No time to make a proper 3D fix for it for now, so you have to deal with it.

Thanks to carTOON for the track! Enjoy

[TURBOMATIZ]

Hi folks im running latest csp and content manager and its been fine (except i couldnt get the showroom to work which i posted on here) . Now strangely it wont launch the game or replays but the showroom works and it has a new menu from quitting in game ( i played a few games last night) . Is there any reason this might happen? Is there a way to do a clean install like you would with windows? The only thing i think i did was install mods and a ppfilter , surely they wouldnt break it? All i get is race cancelled no errors?

Figured it out folks it was ffb clip app.

The next 2 are ready WEC 1000Km SPA '85 and IMSA Riverside 6 Hours '81 Kendall
The WEC One was really hard to master esp. the fender's.
