No idea why modders chose light-almost-white grey tarmac. It always looks pants.

Now on RD, and it looks like the author has darkened the tarmac:

Edit: might be some issues with wheel blur and mirrors. Suck it and see.

Edit 2: disable motion blur in extra fx for now as a workaround to the wheel blur.

That New smoke - I hope is the one he show on Youtube!;)) Gotta drift to check later at home!:)
 
Have you reported it? Ilja will need examples of which cars are affected.
I reported it a whole while ago, when the issues started. I was not the first and surely not the last do to so, but no fix yet.
Going through all cars to see which ones are affected may take a while (even with my limited amount of installed cars) ;)
The GUE BMW M6 and the Seat 600 Hillclimb are the latest I discovered.
You can't see it in showroom or even in game when outside the car. The issue is only visible from inside the car.

Edit: out of 168 installed cars, 8 have the black mirrors syndrome:

Hi, ive found an image off garage assetto of a lotus talbot sunbeam and ive always loved this car, does anyone have it? I cant find a link for it anywhere

since the real car model is a one off, its probably difficult to decide wether you have that logo there or not.
And i think the GT3 logo is a object, not just texture

The other skins I have installed show all kinds of 'solutions': mostly, when a logo is placed there, the Porsche GT3R logo has been removed. With some skins, you can see rests of it, some not. Others have replaced it etc... Does not bother me too much, just thought it would look nicer without the Porsche logo over the Total sticker.

Btw:
Looking at the Alpine A110 GT4, I noticed a strange object (part of a brake caliper ?) attached to the rear fenders (both sides):

Just asking because I also tend to have rocks/boulders in the pitlane of Area51, where nobody else seems to have that... :lol:
 
I also have a problems with caliper rotating 90° in game... while it's perfectly fine in the model and I redid the dummies from scratch... damn it!
It's the only issue holding me from releasing the new car...
