Now it's my turn. I don't have that menu bar shown in your screenshot? How do I access that menu bar? Would you mind providing step by step instructions? (I do have full CM on most recent version.)

Click on the version number of your Content Manager in About & Updates 10 times (I believe it's 10 times).
It will tell you you have dev options now.

Hi, I was trying to delete some of my cars, becaouse of the lack of memory in my ****y computer, when I saw the AMG Black Edition from RTM and the one from Beto. So to see which one I should delete I put both of them in the CM Showroom to see the quality and... PLOT TWIST: It was the same mod:irked::irked:. So I´m sure Beto didn´t stole it froom RTM which means that RTM is selling a mod that Beto made??:rolleyes::grumpy:

I could be wrong but looks suspicious....

I could be wrong but looks suspicious....

Beto should contact Mercedes right away to get them to file a copyright infringement on his original infringement.....

No RTM fan here but it is a bit laughable when there has not been any licence fee paid by the modder in the first pace...

One time I stumbled my way through 3DSimED and manged to delete all objects that I didn't want one by one from Highlands. I had no idea what I was doing but it worked.

I just downloaded 3DSimED, do i run the exe file then is it pretty simple from there to mess about with AC?

its this, should be available with CSP version 205 and above:

edit: v0.1.25-preview48 was the first version with it

Ok, I found it now. The Object Inspector app is in the taskbar when driving on track. I thought it was in CM interface. Step 1 is to active Taskbar extension in CSP setting in CM.

@safi hellie -- hopefully you were able to find it as well.

The track config ini is a God send! Now I can remove any 2d crowds I don't like. First track that came to my mind was Autopolis Oita. Here is the config file for anyone that wants to skip the time to document the 50+ crowd objects.

For when you think AC could not be more awesome, Then you get motorcylcle as traffic on PCH, Awesome.:bowdown:

Hi, one question about CM. If I compress a car with the CM tool, Am I able to race with that car or I have to uncompress it before?
Sorry for my english:gtpflag:

This where i am struggling, i got as far as the object inspector then clicked on the trucks on silverstone, but which part out of all of it is the object code? also where do i put the model replacement bit just in the folder or an i overwriting something?

As you can tell i am pretty much useless. Feeling rather stupid.

Use the Object Inspector app to confirm the name of the object. For example, the ambulance at Village Corner (Silverstone) is named ambulance008.

Then you go to edit the track config file in assettocorsa > extension > config > tracks. For your specific desire, it is ks_silverstone.ini. Follow instructions from leBleum to add [Model_Replacement_0] and HIDE = ambulance008. You can download my autopolis_oita.ini config to see how I added the HIDE object "code." My autopolis_oita.ini file can be saved in assettocorsa > extension > config > tracks folder and overwrite any current autopolis_oita.ini file.

EDIT: See leBluem's post below. That's where you grab the object name that you want to hide.

maybe the text in the green rectanlge is sometimes empty, but "copy"-button indeed copies the name to clipboard.

I've never been there IRL, but what are the not so good points on Mid-Ohio ?
People have been complaining about the bumpy road (which has been smoothened by NAGP). Where does the actual version goes wrong ?
Just curious ;)

I've only ever driven Mid-O in pracy for something like a Little Le Mans for Little Sedans in a NSU Prinz (I'm as old as the hills) with a large screwdriver replacing the gearshift lever, which broke off, so my memory is hazed with time, but from ChampCar and IndyCar TV coverage, I agree that the AC Mid-O is way too bumpy. I have the NAGP ver, which, like their other tracks (e.g., VIR) are better than the vers available to us non-members, but they're band-aids, not ground-up rebuilds. Besides, I don't see any online (pickup or SRS) races with NAGP tracks. I'd love to see what LilSki (or Rigel or Fat-Alfie) could do with Meadowdale or Sebring, but Kevin said he wouldn't touch Sebring with a 3.2-meter pole (presumably because it's flat; but I asked him to consider it because he's a genius with surfaces...of which Sebring is a Masterclass in suspension compliance).

@safi hellie thought I'd have a go at this as well....Figured it out finally lol.

Basically use Object Inspector to grab the name of the object you want to remove.
So in this instance it is Gazebos_HI2 (Use the copy button as @leBluem showed in his post)
Then open up the track config like @OooAhh Cantona says in his post up there - assettocorsa > extension > config > tracks folder. Look for ks_silverstone.ini. Open this up in your editor (Notepad++, Visual Studio Code Whatever you use) and find MODEL_REPLACEMENT
Now add a new line [MODEL_REPLACEMENT_???] (??? being the next number so in this case it will be [MODEL_REPLACEMENT_2]
Then under this add a new line HIDE=Gazebos_HI2.

It should look like this

[MODEL_REPLACEMENT_0]
HIDE=Object655, Object444, Object443, Object432, Object451,
FILE=ks_silverstone.kn5
INSERT=silverstoneGlass.kn5
INSERT_AFTER=Object655
[MODEL_REPLACEMENT_1]
FILE=ks_silverstone.kn5
INSERT=silverstonelights.kn5
INSERT_AFTER=POLE_LIGHT002
[MODEL_REPLACEMENT_2]
HIDE=Gazebos_HI2

Then save your file and reload the track and like magic your gazebos are gone....Well hopefully anyways.

There's a 2.1 update for the ZARI Team Pista on Assettoland. Anyone know what's changed? I'm pretty happy with v2.0 and can't be arsed transferring the 'pop' flames over again right now.

Cool, thanks for the info. As I said, anything these guys release is a must have anyway. It's a pity that building a track from scratch is so time consuming.
So, if MidO is indeed not as bumpy, I'll switch to the NAGP version (I still had the bumpy version installed).
Btw: just noticed you're even older than me... :cheers:

@GzeroD -- I've downloaded and testing your Voiturette race car series. Enjoyable change of pace! However I noticed the driver hands for the Bugatti Type 51A is at "7am and 1pm" when the wheel is centered. Is this intentional? The other 3 Voiturette cars have driver hands at "9am and 3pm" when the wheel is centered.

I helped invent the mag wheel in 3656 B.C.
