No irony, just a thought about your quest of authenticity ! ;)

So, there are some big mistakes in this conversion:
- the helmets are wrong, the drivers got yet "integral helmets",
- horn (I can’t understand modders who keep this in some racing cars which are absolutely without)
- illuminated dashboard,
- rear red light flashing on braking,
- traction control,
- ABS,
- no shifting animation.
It’s not exhaustively.

For the sound, if you use CM, switch the Alpine sound with the Alfa Romeo GTA, It will be far better.

Is it possible to change my position in the pits? What I mean is - when I am racing with AI, at the start of Practice and Qualifying, the game places my car either at the start or at the end of the pits, while I would prefer to be placed next to my teammate. Does anyone know how to change that?
 
For anyone wanting a holdover set of sounds for the NSX GT3 Evo, you can use ACFAN's SCG sound mod considering that the Glickenhaus also has a TT Honda V6.
 
Balanced GT3 grid updated:
- Added AG Renault R.S. 01.
- Added Sareni Camaro GT3.
- Updated NSX GT3's ballast to level it after 1.1 update.

Edit: R.S. 01. should have ABS. Go to data/electronic.ini file and set PRESENT=0 to PRESENT=1 under ABS line and that's all. The lut file is already present in data, modders probably forgot to enable it.

I love this car but I'm still getting purple edges to the window slider and still can't pull away from a standing start without the car bogging down to a crawl. If the start is on an uphill slope the car barely moves at all. Halp!
I did report these issues previously but it seems they got missed, unless they are only affecting me for some reason? I'm not aware that I'm doing anything unusual.

How are people pulling away from a standing start without dipping the clutch? Isn't everyone getting bogged down?
Is the auto-clutch bite point set too strictly or something?

@Cote Dazur sorry guys but we do not have those purple edges, so my only guess is that they are caused by CSP graphic options or VR itself. We don't have VR things. As for the physics issues some people have, In the next update we will try to look at them and fix them.
@qaqumi we have contacted the guy who created a specific soundmod for the NSX, so we'll figure it out something for the future. Thanks for the hint!

Are the material properties of the edges of the window slider the same as the main faces?

As the previous 1.0, I didn't got any issues as related but... I'm not a VR user.
The car is well balanced and I haven't "massive" understeer with the stock settings.

I'm not a fanatic (such an euphemism here !^^) about V6 Turbo Hybrid but the look... well I appreciate it on this vision.

In regards to the 488 GTE that was my first passion project on assetto. It uses the Rollovers Model A.k.a the Real Racing 3 Model as the basework of the car, though I can say after that, you will not find much similarities other than that. It sports a completely reworked engine that caps at a mere 6000RPM with a maximum power of 501BHP@5500RPM. The Aero has also been reworked, to allow for more agility and sharpness between each corner, and the car has been made a little heavier to add extra-balance while giving it a BOP with all the extra torque it produces (The figures came upto around 700+/-Nm due to the extremely low RPM the 488 Produces, so it has one of the strongest acceleration and deceleration amonst the field). It also has huge adjustment to drivetrain and gearing as the drop from the 7000RPM to 6000RPM mandated much reconstruction to how the gears would be setup to utilize the car's power. I also Disconnected the ABS, Optimized TC, Braking Force, and did a little change to the AI.

I also redid some visuals for the car, removing the Forced Numberplate Added in by the Rollovers, going into the Interior and made the LCD Naturally Lit, as well as reconfigured the RPM Lights to match the new RPM and added color to the RPM Light Flash that'd you get similar to the GT3 Car. I did some retexturing for the Headlights and changed the color from yellowish-white to a pure bright white(One of the most beautiful lights I've ever done). An Ext_Config was done for the car in which I did some glow reflection for the headlamps(An added Light Cast just ahead of the bulb), and the Rear Lights(Light Casts under the rear wing and below the Circular Rear Lights) to give the lighting a more natural and realiastic fuel to them, and moved the Position Lights to an emissive light in order to make it easier to color the lights between Pro Cars and Am Cars. I also added 2 Antenna Sets onto it including the one used in the 24h of Le Mans and one of the ones used in Daytona for me to choose from to make it more personalized between series when skinning them.

Definently has become one of my Favorite GTE Cars of all time. It's one of the toughest compeititors in my field, mainly because it doesn't do one thing really well, rather it does everything fairly good to a point where it can keep up with opponents in their element, and get them when they are not. It'll chase a Vette down the straight and beat it in the corners, or Keep up with the ford in the corners then tear it down the straights, because it's just balanced that well. Recommended to put on the list of must drive cars.
amazing screenshots and info, I do have the rollovers 488 gte. would you be kind enough to share your modified gte cars in a pack? or even the just the 488 and c8r?
 
A quick question to anyone who can help. In the game, the mod moves normally, but when viewed from the side, it hangs in the air and does not reach the track with its wheels. How to fix it? How to lower the car model itself closer to the road.

I find first gear really stutters when you first pull away but once it gets going it's fine. To be honest I don't know what they did with version 1.1 but it feels like a completely different car to me. I might have been the only one but I really didn't get on with it when it was first released - I just couldn't drive it without it ending up in the barriers or not straightening up after going round a corner and as much as everyone here loved it I just wondered if I'd somehow downloaded a different car. But I'm more than happy with it now

Hi!
There are unfortunately a lot of inconsistencies with helmets in AC.
Often they don 't match the era. And I don 't like the original Kunos 3d models helmet . What the 70s helmet looks like is just pissed off!:)
I tried making my 3d models of historical helmets but couldn 't replace the helmet on the driver. I 'm not able to export a driver out of 3D max.
I asked Legion how he did it, he gave me an explanation of how to replace helmet in the 3Dsimed, but I still didn 't make it.

remember you must keep the acd in its car-directory, the directory name is the key-phrase for decoding, if you copy it somewhere else and unpack there, it will not work

Here's a rough, unedited shakedown video of the current version of the NSX. Overall, it looks pretty good, and drives well. Besides the edges of the glass, watch the engine damage and tire temperatures. Looking forward to more updates!
