Lausitzring updated - now with animated wind turbines

(if you get crashes, try disabling 'merge meshes' in CSP general settings in CM)

So...Zolder? ;-)

Renault, stumbled upon it going through my cars. Don't know where it came from, what it drives like, posted before etc.
See how it drives.... or whatever:odd:

Hello all, my first post here. I'm a couple of weeks into exploring AC and its mods - this forum is great, thank you to all who contribute!

In case it helps: through one mod site or another, I had already encountered this car (RS01), identical file modified dates throughout the .rar, and have it saved as Renault_RS01_ACM_v0.8.9.

(Edit: I was still writing this as the above message was posted! Yes I've got the low-res version - I'm on a minimum-spec PC - and it's at RaceDepartment, last updated January 2018).

Can someone please help me with resizing replaced rims with 3DSimED3?

I've replaced the C63 Arata Spec's rims with the ML63 AMG's rims and it works perfectly in the showroom:

But it looks like this in game:

What I did was use 3DSimED3's scale and changed from 1.0 to 0.91.
Any idea how to fix it?

Prefer the skins from the VK Facebook page version. The skins in 0.8.9 version actually appear to be lower res??

Agree, I just copied the skins over from that version each skin is about 15 - 20mb bigger than the low res version

Also have you figured out how to get the rear view monitor (mirror) to show the track behind. Using BLM I gave up as it was taking too many clicks to do anything lol

Nice car to drive though :D

@Blamer Is there a way to move the mirrors by holding the mouse button down on your BLM car app? It's only for cars that need a lot of adjustment like the Renault RS01 so it's not a massive problem if it can't be done

@MrB00 , smash left and right mouse buttons consecutively.

Isn't that track and field?? ;)

Well it seems to jump here end there on a certain corner, if I'm lucky, otherwise I mostly just fly off from a corner.

I find it grips too much and pogos when hard cornering but maybe I have the TC turned up too high. Apparently it's backwards to the usual system too....11 is off and 1 is strongest (or something like that)

:odd: It's no wonder I feel like GT3's have less grip than they should. Especially on Bathurst, holy hell. I'm like 10-12s slower than the pros and I'm thinking "what the hell am I doing wrong? And why do I slide so much?" Live and learn, I guess!

I just did a 6:50 at Nordschliefe Tourist in the 720S GT3 with TC at 1, and I know I made a few mistakes too. I could definitely improve that time

What version of Nords was that on? doh - i see you put tourist there lol

@a3rdperson Yep definitely better and can hammer the throttle earlier in corners with it set to 3....On 12 it just spins on most corners way too easily.

TC 1 is definitely the highest for the 720S (with new data.acd). And now my Bathurst (FM7) time is 2:11. Definitely an improvement, but still lots of room to improve further. I need a good setup
