You have to move your mouse to the right of the screen and a menu will slide from right to left, there will be an icon for Photo mode App (I'm not at home now, so I can't remember exactly the name, but as soon as I get home I'll make a screenshot showing where)

Although I enjoyed driving hypercars and racecars around the Nordschleife, I got sick of binning the car seemingly every second lap. I decided to start from scratch and watch a Nurburgring track guide and try to relearn the track. I took a Giulietta QV around for a few laps and was surprised at how fun it was the throw around.

I thought that "slow" cars would be a bit of a chore to use because of the length of the track, but throwing it into the corners was great fun. I didn't perfect my lines through the course, but I definitely improved. I tried taking a GT3 RS around the track and struggled to find grip in the corners. I decided to drop down to a lower powered RWD (E30 M3) and was once again able to get around with ease.

Then I ticked the "Optimal conditions" box in CM and drove a GT3 RS on the track, and realised that I've been setting the track temperature waaaaaay too low all this time. :lol: Still though, I'll definitely be driving lower powered cars more often from now.

On a side note, I've managed to reach the 200 hour mark. :crazy: AC is my most played game on Steam now, and it's 100% down to the fantastic modding community. :bowdown:

Been looking around for a while, but unsuccessfully so, so I figured I'd ask here: Has anyone ever seen/made a conversion of the GT Sport Volkswagen Beetle Gr.3 to Assetto Corsa? Thanks in advance!
 
Anyone have problems with a few of the ai not getting away at the start

I've noticed it a few different tracks and when you get back round to the start line all the ai just stops

sorry if its off topic not sure if its a mod problem or not

- Open the cars DATA folder, open ENGINE.INI, check the RPM Limiter REVS.
- Open AI.INI, check the GEARS UP. This value must be 50 to 100 REVS bellow the limiter from ENGINE.INI.
- Change this value, save it, and hopefully the AI cars will start the race.

From what I'm aware, its only the Volkswagen GTi Vision Gran Turismo GT3 out there.
Please correct me if I am wrong.
 
Any release from the past several months shouldn't suffer from these problems, if it does it is an oversight, just poke me and I'll fix it.
Plenty of my older stuff still has it as I haven't gone through every single car but when I do updates I try not to forget to include the fix.
CM is brilliant the way it can fix this though.

I completely forgot about the "Update Model" feature in Content Manager Custom Showroom !
I use it all the time when building physics but COMPLETELY overlooked using it to fix state of blurred objects and LR/HR cockpit !

It is a beautiful thing!

Problem fixed in less than 10 seconds:

The two cars were the state of blurred objects and LR cockpit was off I can remember for sure is the Porsche 917/20 and the Porsche 936.
IF I stumble into any others as I go, I'll give you a bump if that's ok.

But if you like vintage, hell even if you don't, do this (maybe you already know this):

Take these cars ITC1996 season:

Then put six, seven of each in the race, add 10 restrictor to alfas, 100 agressivness to all, pick an alfa for yourself, and you will have racing at the finest what AC can offer. Trust me. ;)

Thank you had some great races today in the alfa. Also had some great races at weekend with imsa grid setup you posted I need to work my way through the tracks :)

Sweet track previews with a bit more informations than the original one. Original design made by marty2610 and posted on RD.

For now this pack include 51 additional tracks, you need to use his release for Kunos tracks and some others. I'm waiting for his response on RD for adding them to my pack but he seems to be inactive...

Zhuhai International Circuit (ZIC) is located at Jin Ding town in Zhuhai City, Guangdong Province, China.
Motorsport started in Zhuhai when it hosted a race on its street circuit in 1993, racing continued until 1996 when the motor racing circuit was constructed and became
China’s first permanent motor race track with Formula One in mind.
The circuit is designed by Australian company Kinhill Engineers Pty Ltd, the same group which created the Formula One circuit in Adelaide. The project manager
for the project was Michael McDonough.
The first international race held at the circuit was the BPR Global GT Series. The circuit soon became the hotbed of local motorsports with teams from Hong Kong and
Macau setting up their bases inside the circuit garages

TRACK LAYOUT

The original circuit contained 16 corners. But corners 7, 8 and 9 were eliminated after a track change request from FIM and made into one corner.
The circuit is 4.3 kilometres (2.67 mi) long and has 14 turns. 9 of them are right turns and 5 are left turns and the circuit runs clockwise only. The shorter
straight is 500 metres (0.31 mi) long. The longest straight is the start/finish straight which is 900 metres (0.56 mi) long and 14 metres wide at its widest.
Zhuhai International Circuit is an FIA Grade II certified circuit.

I wasn't aware of you being the original author, my bad.
I didn't keep this style for informations but for personal taste, I like how it looks and the fact that there is the track logo. I already saw your nice preview but it doesn't fit my tastes, no offence to you.

Great job, honestly, your version of Zhuhai is thousand times better than the one I had installed previously, thank you very much! Big thanks to @LiquidSkyMan and @norms as well :)
 
Is there a way to replace and overwritte the AC_TIME_0_L , etc, in a track?
Using ext_config.ini, it seem the Model Replacement or Meshe Adjustement doesn't work on this.
 
Is there a totally up-to-date link to the new Zolder track with all the hotfixes incorporated, eg lights fixed and new grass config? I'll put the link in my billboard upload.
