hello everyone

can someone give me a hint? How can I get vanilla Kunos Spa track? just as it came from the original game. I own the game, I just don't want to re install everithing and Im having problems with the last CSP release just with this track.

Validate your game files in Steam. If it's missing it will replace it.
 
Doesn't VR chop your FPS in 2? So you are running 2x 60 fps? 120fps.
Hmm. I'm not sure.

Also, I get motion blur(?) even I turned off the motion blur... The texts or graphics on the billboards get burry in high speed. I can see two images overlapping with each other.

Here is a quick fix to the Geroda GR Supra's Physics. Running carry-over data from the Z4 is better than a suspension setup that was from a Camry.

TBH The GT Sport one is only better visually in terms of CSP features. There are still many flaws in that mod. I have over a dozen GR Supras and there is no perfect GR Supra yet. Maybe Whistleblower's version is better than all of them.
Thank you for suggesting and sharing the physics adjustment. Feels better than the setup provided by Geroda. Although I did edit the ffb multiplier in Geroda's data to get it feeling better, I'm using your version for now.
Supra Launch Edition from Jandrovi is the best option for this car. You can find it in filemissing discord.
The one I had may have been Jandrovi's. :eek:

On the right side of the Time slider, click the three little points.
There you'll find also the Time Multiplier and the specific date settings.

Next question: which combination of keys turns the AI on and off? I thought it as Ctrl-R and Ctrl-N, but as usual I don't know my arse from Emmentaler fondue.

Can't help you with that, I have never used it.
As for point two: I hope the smell is not the same, so you should be able to spot the difference... :lol:

Probably ASW (or your headset's equivalent). Unless you're running at the maximum refresh rate of the HMD then you'll get this effect to some degree.
 
Hi all. I know someone asked this a while ago on this forum, but I have searched here and on google and could not find the solution to the problem of "nervous movements of the head of the driver" in replays. It happens when the car is getting closer to the camera and suddenly the head comes to life and looks unnatural. I know there is a solution, but I have not been able to remember it. If anyone could help with this I would really appreciate it.

Both smell the same to me, but then I'm no epicurean.

CTRL-C to turn on. As far as I know, there is no way to turn it off after you turn it on. If you can, then I'm happy to learn aswell.
Thanks. I'll fool around with it and let you know if I find a way to pry the AI's hands off the wheel.

Backup your SPA-Folder under "content" - "tracks". Delete folder SPA, validate your game files in Steam and it will be reinstalled.

Wow! I don't want to try that again. Letting the AI get its sticky paws all over my new BMW is like letting a 4-year-old drive my car. Wild and crazy doesn't begin to describe it. And here I was, thinking I could let the AI soldier on while I enjoyed a frosty brewski!

Hi! I've updated CSP from 0.175 to 0.176 but I have these problems.

-Lua utilities in "extension/lua" are missing
-Timezones information in "extension/tzdata" are missing

I tried to fix reinstalling the two patch but nothing happens, errors remain. Only on 0.176.
Any advice? Thanks!

Turn on AC's Motion Blur and you will get 100+ FPS
On this point - i turned on AC's motion blur and got an extra like 80-100 frames immediately. But my driver position, and honestly entire framing of the car is now completely off centered. Even adjusting the FOV and all that doesnt fix the off-centering. Is this a known issue? If i turn off the motion blur the game is perfectly centered, but turning it on (while gaining tons of performance) i lose the centering. Hope that makes sense?

It has BoP with the Ford Escort RS BTCC and the Toyota corolla ffrom assetto car mods to recreate real races.

Here is a very quick and dirty ext_config (delete .txt off the filename, unzip and drop in the track folder). Really just adds GrassFX and darkens the grass a little. As @Zwiss pointed out, there is some opportunity here for a full upgrade of the shaders, but my knowledge does not extend that far. Have this one for now :D

I'll need to point out that Welkom is, for the most part, and was when I was there in '94, a bit like what non-Oz folks imagine ALL of the Outback would look like. Dry, dusty, yellow-brown grass, winds blowing orange sandstorms around.

I´ve set up and tested the new 1.77prev1 ..... everithing seems cool except exhaust flames are gone completly :grumpy:
No new flames but also not the "normal" ones. And thats a gamebreaker for me. Back to 1.76p92
