Anyone knows what might cause this? only happens on interior camera. using chase cam, it is fine.

Gingerman Raceway is a road course located east of the town of South Haven in Southwest Michigan, United States. Built in 1995, the track opened for its first full season of racing sports cars and motorcycles in 1996. (Wikipedia)

Im improving, with my limited knowledge on physics and avaiable data, the F1 seasons we have, (mostly simdream ....) with more realistic aero/feeling and powerwise. But i have 0 knowledge on 3d, what i do is basically csp stuff to make them look better (change materials and stuff). What i´d like to do (inspired by the rss 1986 and the skins the community is doing for it) is implement seatbelts. Is there any way to put seatbelts using csp extension commands or i need to deal with a 3d and/or image editor? Thanks in advance!

This 3D-track was made for GTR2 by zwiss. It was converted to Assetto Corsa by Rainmaker. Thanks for the permission zwiss!

This 3D-track was made for Automobilista by Reiza. It was converted by quattropower01 to Assetto Corsa. The overhaul was done by Rainmaker.

Changelog:
-full update with shader overhaul, doulbe sided objects, fixed crowds, fixed stretched Mobil 1 texture, vao, new short layout and many things more, added AI by KevinK2 for GP layout, reconverted the original trees, more pits (30), cams by DaBaeda, option to remove the 2d crowd in extension file below (ext_config.ini)

Hi guys,

I'm currently currently working on a mod for the Ford Fiesta MK7 (with the model from Forza Motorsport 3/4) because so far, the versions that are around (either "standard" and ST) haven't been the best for my own taste.
So, that's the result so far, that I could achieve...



..and so far I'm quite happy with the outcome and, if the demand is there, and I'm happy with the result I would release it in near future.
It's not perfect by any means (especially since it's my first mod I worked on apart from liveries and some basic data rewrites). And some things are still driving me nuts, for example that the emissive blinkers are the wrong way around and I don't know why and how to fix it. :D

If anyone would like to test drive the mod, just write me a message. I won't be around for a week though. :)

That one is based of off ISI's 3D models from F1 Challenge 99 - 02. It'll be like polishing a turd, but I believe they (WCP) did revamp the skins at least... It'll be a popular release hopefully, nevertheless!
uhhhhhh that really kills my motivation even further
 
I just noticed that under CSP preview 346 the user's/my car's laps are not counted when controlled by the ai. (no problem with preview 218)
 
Cadillac De.Ville LM 1950 ( fict.)
This must have been the last invention/adaptation for the 1950 Le Mans cars. Unfortunately I can't edit "skins". From a Cadillac convertible, I added the top of the "Corvette" and just changed the color to "dark blue"...I also changed to the (wider) tires of the Corvette and other small details in the "data" folder...they will run without the numbering, the (differentiation) will be by the driver's helmet.

Here are simple script to rename al kn5 files, cars and track directories to lower case.

1) double click to edit -Path dirs (there are 4 instances) according to your system

2) right click and choose "Execute with Powershell" (or something like that)


NOTE: if you get errors don't panic, you have some directories already with only lower case letters

EDIT 22/07/2023: I tried the script on another system and it doesn't work.
You have to run it manually following this procedure:

  • type "Powershell" on Windows search bar
  • right click on it and press "Run as Administrator"
  • press Enter

  • open file ChangeToLowerCase.txt with a text editor (Notepad)
  • edit the -Path dirs (there are 4 instances) according to your system
  • copy all the text
  • go to "Powershell" and paste the copied text
  • press Enter

(People + Money)/very light rules = trouble. Unfortunatly, this is not going to change soon (and if it does, it will probably get worse).

Kudos to Ben to keep his cool in this and just keep on going.

The RK is a result of a collaboration between German automaker Ruf and Italian carozzeria Studiotorino,[3] the RK Coupe and Spyder are based on the Porsche 987 Cayman and Boxster. The carrozzeria consulted with Aldo Brovarone on the designs, with the RK taking cues from the Ferrari Dino 246 GT, the Porsche 550, and the Porsche 904.

Both the Coupe and Spyder feature revised bodywork by Studiotorino, including redesigned front and rear fascias, redesigned vents afront the rear wheels, integrated door handles with electronic door latches, forged aluminum exhaust and filler cap, custom wheels. Revisions to the Coupe include a redesigned roofline removing the rear quarter windows and adding a new rear hatch to replace the sloping rear glass with a smaller upright piece and adding "flying" buttresses based on the existing pillars.[4]

Initially, 49 RK Coupes and 49 RK Spyders were to be produced. However, according to Studiotorino, only three RK Spyders, two RK Coupes, and one R Spyder, a naturally-aspirated variant of the RK Spyder, were produced between 2005 and 2007.


Power comes from a 3.8 litre flat-6 engine from the Porsche 997 911 which has been supercharged in both models (the RK stands for Ruf Kompressor), with the RK Spyder rated at 313 kW (420 hp) and 450 N⋅m (332 lbf⋅ft) of torque and the RK Coupe rated at 324 kW (434 hp) at 7,000 rpm and 470 N⋅m (347 lb⋅ft) of torque at 5,500 rpm. This allows the RK Spyder to accelerate from 0-62 mph (100 km/h) in 4.5 seconds, with a top speed of 285 km/h (177 mph). The RK Coupe, the better performer of the two, has a top speed of 314 km/h (190 mph), and can accelerate from 0-100 km/h (62 mph) in 4.1 seconds and from 0-97 km/h (60 mph) in 3.8 seconds.

Ruf also produced a naturally aspirated version of the RK Spyder, called the R Spyder, whose engine is rated at 350 hp (261 kW) at 6,600 rpm and 400 N⋅m (295 lb⋅ft) of torque at 4,600 rpm, propelling the car from 0-100 km/h (62 mph) in 4.7 seconds and on to a top speed of 280 km/h (174 mph)

Doesn't the game care if a mod is case sensitive, is it that simple?
