Not doing a full track update for this because it's easy enough to enable as a skin if you want to. Maybe one of these will make it into the next full track update if there ever is one.

Two haybale skins for my Spa66 track to make the bales look better, IMO. The first one (Haybales) uses the default texture but makes it look more detailed. The second one (Haybales2) does the same as the first but gives a more yellow appearance to the hay. You can see the difference in the attached pic. The bale closest to you is the default look. The next closest is the Haybale skin and the rest are the Haybale2 skin. Just download the attached zip file and enable the skin you prefer in CM.

You truly are the gift that keeps on giving, Joe

Thanks for this. Even just looking at the image, those texture changes look great.
I gave the new haybale fizix a thrash last night and it is SO much better. 11/10 would recommend.
In fact, I wish every historic track modder would take a look.
👏👏

@Perico Lospa

How is your new pc? whats the spec?
Here we go:

  • Motherboard: B550 AM4
  • CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X
  • GPU: AMD Radeon RX 7900 XT 20Gb
  • RAM: DDR4 3200MHz CL16 (4x8GB)
  • Hard disks: SSD M.2 2TB (two drives for a total of 4TB, so I don't have to worry about not having enough space to store even the crappiest mods, as a proper hoarder have to do 😌).

That piece of junk runs three 2k monitors natively, with fairly high graphics settings, about 90-100 fps (depending on the conditions, of course), although I'm still struggling with its optimization, trying things out, since I'm not exactly an expert on these issues and sometimes I suffer small image jerks, which is not as fluid as I would like. And the thing is that 11,059,200 pixels are a lot of pixels...
Same as you, but without the thumbnail for some reason....
I think some thumbnails disappeared in one of the recent CSP updates, but they could be recovered manually; I think I read somewhere on here how to fix it, but I haven't been able to find where it was explained, let's see if anyone remembers...

Maybe stupid question so pardon me but is the Kunos GT40 and the GT40 MK1 of the latest WSC pack the same car (I think about to delete either the kunos or the bazza one, for disc-space reason)?
it's never a stupid question when it comes to historic cars bud. I can give an answer for yah.

the WSC GT40 MK I is based on the MK I that raced as early as 1965. Which would be the 2nd year of the GT40.

Kunos however is based on John wyers upgraded "gulf" Spec GT40s (elephant in the room 1075 was used for reference) which is known mostly as the MK I Gulf cause they are classed as MK I's. These guys debut'd in 1968 which were funnily enough based on the specs of the Mirage M1 which raced the year prior which were commissioned by the VP of Gulf at the time (the car has been made into AC).

fun fact: 1074 was a rebuilt Mirage M1. (M10003)

Hello everyone
Does anyone also have this texture problem with the drivers in the WSC Legends Mods? I've tried it on 3 different PCs and I keep having drivers who have this texture error

What CSP version are you on?
2.6 added a couple of things - I've seen this once but couldn't recreate it.

Try turning off 'new KN5 loader' module

There's another one that is something to do with the driver model loading too but I've forgotten the title; it's next to 'apply g forces to the driver's.

Sorry I don't have screenshots

There're a few in Graphics Adjustments | Tweaks :

I finally after many searching found the perfect solution for this !

That car shows the way of solving the issue that the instruments view is blocked by the steering wheel!
All car mods should be made from now on with their instrument panel located on the passenger side ! ;)

(this is a plea to Ilya to make a CSP app that can make the steering wheel be moved up/down - much like irl almost all street cars have this option :) if anyone has his ear...)
Hi. Where do you find this setting please for shadow resolution. Many thanks.

Your processor, the Ryzen 5 5600X is too weak for RX 7900XT, propably this is the no1 problem, but you have two options.
1. Buy Ryzen 7 5700X3D or Ryzen 7 5800X3D.
2. Buy new motherboard, new DDR5 Rams and Ryzen 5 7600 or Ryzen 7 7700X.

Guys don't sleep on the Silverstone mod released today on Overtake. This is trully next level. Not only visually.
