ATCC Announcement
A Drop-round system has been implemented into the ATCC! This will allow you to drop your worst round (for instance, a round you didn't do so well at or a round you weren't there for) and still remain somewhat in contention for the championship. This has come in to affect as of the Tokyo round.
Also, Mid-Field Raceway will play host to the first support series round, the second season of the International Formula Ford Championship. The IFFC S2 will use the same regs and car as Season 1 (Light Car Company Rocket '07 @ 500PP // 115BHP // 420KG and will be run with Racing Hard tyres. TCS and ABS will not be permitted, as per real Formula Ford regulations. No need to sign up, as anyone who has already signed up for the ATCC will be automatically entered.
Another new addition to the ATCC is the Driver License System. Each license starts with 10 points, and picking up infractions, whether it be for driving incidents or something else, will result in points deducted. Once you reach 5 points off your license, you will incur a 5-place grid penalty, or a pit lane penalty. Once you reach 0 points, race bans will be handed out. I highly doubt I'll have to deduct any points as we are a clean and fair bunch of drivers.
