I see Midfield fitting the Subaru rather well after a quick drive :)

Me too, let's hope you're able to take on the poms with me . I see my Lexus understeering all over the place! I must do some more testing although there won't be much time for me with tests coming up, my money's on those M4's for next round.

@NW48 You should still do a wrap up, it'll be a great read!

It'll depend greatly on time as the first two days of the week are quite busy for me, but I do have something special lined up for the Pre-Race coverage of Mid-Field. No hints!

Anyway, points should be up in a few hours, my connection is a bit slower than usual so it's a bit of a pain at the moment.

Appreciate that Race 2 podium @NW48 given our pit glitch hiccup! I'm glad to have laid some points down, almost didn't make it at all. I've forgotten; is there a drop round?

Just preparing an announcement about that for tomorrow. :)👍

Also, you got points for that race, not only because of the glitch, but because you stayed entered in the race and finished it, despite being stuck in the pits. If you'd have exited the track, I wouldn't be able to award you points. :)

With the Enduro rounds within the championship can they be done at an a earlier time not 8PM? I'm not too sure I can even compete in these but if they're at a better time then maybe I might be able to.

ATCC Announcement

A Drop-round system has been implemented into the ATCC! This will allow you to drop your worst round (for instance, a round you didn't do so well at or a round you weren't there for) and still remain somewhat in contention for the championship. This has come in to affect as of the Tokyo round.

Also, Mid-Field Raceway will play host to the first support series round, the second season of the International Formula Ford Championship. The IFFC S2 will use the same regs and car as Season 1 (Light Car Company Rocket '07 @ 500PP // 115BHP // 420KG and will be run with Racing Hard tyres. TCS and ABS will not be permitted, as per real Formula Ford regulations. No need to sign up, as anyone who has already signed up for the ATCC will be automatically entered.

Another new addition to the ATCC is the Driver License System. Each license starts with 10 points, and picking up infractions, whether it be for driving incidents or something else, will result in points deducted. Once you reach 5 points off your license, you will incur a 5-place grid penalty, or a pit lane penalty. Once you reach 0 points, race bans will be handed out. I highly doubt I'll have to deduct any points as we are a clean and fair bunch of drivers.

I'm definitely interested in the Formula Ford Championship! Although I have no idea how to tune still, what are the parts required for the Rocket?
As for the drivers license system, I like the idea too but I'm sure we won't have to use it throughout the season!

From my memory, I think it's just a Racing Exhaust then de-tuned power limiter.

So we not doing the 86GT cup thing?

Driver license system looks solid, hopefully everyone will keep 10 points. :)
That's still going ahead, but the IFFC and the 86 Series will alternate from round to round.

Alright thanks a lot next time I go on I'll be sure to set up a Rocket. Wouldn't mind doing the 86 one too but I'll see how things go. Now that I've started in a racing series I just to want to keep trying more and more aha

I think I'll stick to just having the ATCC on as I'm involved in things outside of GTP aswell.
On that note is ATCC this weekend aswell? If so I'll be yacht racing so won't be able to make it. Should make it for the rest of the rounds though so it will be my dropped score.

I need to work on sorting the ass out on my BMW haha. I prefer understeer to fix than oversteer personally.

Those Beamers are very quick I tell you, I mean look at @lxmmy. Once yours is good to go you'll be flying past me

I agree, atleast I can deal with understeer with oversteer it's much harder for me since I have a DFGT wheel which is heavy and slow to turn obviously I could turn down the force feedback but nahhh. Also my pedal set has developed an issue but a good clean out "should" fix it.
