Audi RS 6 '02

Its quite an incredible car. So far, I've added all the stick-on parts (no engine, weight reduction, transmission) and left it as it came and it's approaching tuned Ferrari 458 territory (by 0.17 seconds!) - that is, Lion's Den Performance's LDP 458X Predator Edition Ferrari, which I thought was a BEAST.

I've been searching for a tune for this everywhere. Even looked through the garages. Every time I mess with the tuning, I seem to just screw it up. Does anyone know where to find a tune for this car, or have some advice?
