Does anyone feels like Autolog prevents you from complete the career mode?

I find myself spending more time trying to beat my ... "friends" :D times in previously done events than trying to complete the career mode which is only at 59%

That and competing in Renown's WTC but Autolog is crazy addictive.

I think Autolog is a brilliant way to keep single player career interesting. 👍 And if you don't know what event to run next, it also suggests events for you based on what you have done so far, very nice indeed. :)

Autolog definitely keeps me from progressing though career mode. Can't complain though, it's a great feature that keeps me coming back for more.

I finaly been to autolog to get my lost liverys photos but havent payed much atention to the races autolog because ive just started another career mode on a new user... unlike in GT5 (duping, birthday exploit, etx...) with Shift I actually created new user ID just to be able to restart the game without loosing my primary game save :D

I made some excellent career progress during the PSN outage. It's going to grind to a halt now that Autolog is back.

Autolog literally is the best thing since sliced bread.

Yeah maybe Im doing it wrong... maybe I should go back to my primary account and start the career with different cars just to be able to beat your autolog times and increase my primary car collection:idea:

There ya go guys, I just put down some mean lap times at Laguna, Brands hatch and Bruno.

Set some record for you to beat.

If your looking for a driver vs. driver battle. Get a Lancia, "Works" and try and beat my time at Laguna.

That's *exactly* why I opened this thread.

I'll never finish this game with Autolog screaming "LOOK THERE'S A WHOLE LOT OF TIMES TO BEAT TODAY" :D

Just to make this clear, I'm not organizing anything.

I'm just saying every time I see a better time on an event I have to try beat it and to beat times I can't play the game to 100%. One of this days i'll "delete" all of my friends :D

That would be almost all so... I'm changing my mind. Why bother. Then I just have to add them again because of AUTOLOG. ARGH :D

autolog is evil, the beating times thing is obsessive, could be the death of me. Add me now on PS3, ill beat your ******g times youl have to stay awake, driveing all night and driveing all day im a bad m**********r and im here to stay, sorry i went all rappy there for some reason.

Because of this topic Ive just spent half an hour to try and beat my friends times on autolog in one specific race I was on my last try (the one that gave me the first place spot :D) and recieve a friend request from RomKnight... I finished the race check my glorious (first place) time and then I accepted the request, went backto the game and... ARRRRGGGG... I was second and RomKnight was first:scared::scared::scared: damn after all that hard work:ill:

Now go and try to beat my time in Viper Eliminator event with the same attitude:dopey:. I've beat it some time ago, but yesterday with the psn and autolog on I realized that I beat regional record:sly:! Don't know whether it's counry or like state/city specific(I'm from NYC). Anyway my time is 1:50.xxx i believe. And I definitely going back since the world record is only 2 sec faster

Yes, that pesky RomKnight shows up on quite a few of my Autologs too :sly:

Yes Autolog is very addictive.I love to compete against my friends times. It keeps this game very fresh.

If it wasn't for the PSN outage i probably wouldn't have a 80ish% done of the game.Looks like career will come to a halt once again :)

Feel free to add me if you want.

PSN ID StarFirebird
