People have been reporting that they cant enter races online either so it's not just Bspec, looks like its across the GT5 network.
Or rather, across the PSN, or at least parts of the PSN, depending on region.

Sony have taken down PSN sign in on their websites. The PSN still works on PS3 and PSP. Its because people have found a loop hole that allows people access to PSN accounts with just the email address and birth date of psn users (information that is believed to have been comprimised in the initial attacks)
Can somebody Remote Race My Drivers Please?
Just up the road from you in Shropshire. Added you, although I tend to bulk B-Spec during the day and play at night![]()
Thanks mate. So are you going to remote race my drivers? Thankyou so much.
I will race them yes, but I tend to do B-Spec during the day and play during the night so I wont start until tomorrow morning.

This is part of the point of storing session cookies between launches — the Widget can keep going while PSN sign-in is down if you've already logged in.Just checked on my Bobs, and the widget is working like a dream.
I'm still unable to log into GT Home, so I'm paranoid about stopping the widget in case I'm unable to start up again. I know I could use the credits, as I'm sure everyone that I'm racing also appreciates.
Anyone able to run the widget after GT Home went down?
You should be able to close and relaunch the Widget without any problems if you're running v2.5.
You need to have logged in previously using B-Spec Grinder in order to have a cookie for it to use to authenticate next time. So everyone who hasn't logged in with 2.5 yet is still locked out.I have 2.5 but can't get it to start up but I am online with my PS3 ???
I have been running 2.5 since the PSN came back up. I shut it down earlier and now it gives this message:
Failed to connect to Sony's Servers. Make sure your computer can connect to the following addresses:
store.playstation.com
www.gran-turismo.com
eu.gran-turismo.com
us.gran-turismo.com
Is this because there are problems PSN or Gran Turismo.com?
I can log onto PSN through PS3 just fine. I read earlier there are some issues with GT Home and internet logging in to PSN?
Should the V 2.5 grinder still work?
