Drop the size of the GT3 line and no one will complain anymore ;)

If Audi wasnt at LeMans, Bentley would not be at LeMans, the Bentley's use the R8 engine and tranny.

Even though :audi: have dominated Le Man for 3 years now, you've just got to respect them for all the hard work they do?

I mean look at the last Le Man, all those punctures and they still won.... that's team work for ya.....

:bentley: I always like to think of as a :uk: team, but as Zero points out they use a German R8....

Apparently the only reason bentley is not winning is they chose the closed cockpit that according to FIA rules, requires that they run a narrower back tire, which dosn't give them as much grip.

They might have that rule changed by next year, so bentley looks good for mabe an overall win. They have only been in the race 2 years, give them time.
 
And Audi Sport Team Jeost will not be runnig next year just private Audi's.Bentley's performance has been good for the 2nd year running.Last years LeMans was a superb race Bentley finishing 3rd for there first year thats great.if they where in the ALMS they would more in to date what Audi is doing.
 
You have to understand that bentley is running 2 cars, and audi is running dozens of cars in different races. It is only natural that they would come out on top, untill bentley gets some more R&D work done, and had more time to tune, and possibly make their own engine.

However, that might be detrimental, because they would be at a severe disadvantage for a coupel years.
 
Wow, how bout: should AEO change the regs to allow the same size tires on both cars?

Note, a LMGTP car has better areodynamics than LMP car.
