Best all around car.

The 787b blows. I'd say the best car is the Toyota GT-1 road car. I agree with askia.

The 787b sounds like the boeing 747. It goes as fast the 747 but it turns like it as well.

Tercel, again you're wrong. Just because your driving isn't up to par with the world, doesn't mean the 787B is a bad car.

Mazkid, u again? :embarrassed:

I wont waste more time in this, just because u are in love with a car, u dont even own.

Mazkid:embarrassed:h, let me tell u, I have around 130 cars in my garage!
People:
Mazkid:And a 787b!
People:
Mazkid:Incredible, and all that fits in my memory card!
People:

Search option is good to limit these threads since there are probably 20-30+ of them in there forums.

The best is the 787b no doubt about it.

You appear to be unfamiliar with the concepts of downforce and suspension tuning.

I personally prefer the 787B because the engine is so flexible - it's almost like an NA motor to drive. The Toyota is too peaky for me (typical turbo motor) - it is very quick, I just find it hard work keeping the motor on the boil.

If only the 787B had a six speed - it's the only thing it's missing.

I hadn't really thought about it that way, but you are correct. It still gets incredible torque at low revs, very much like an N/A, and has monsterous horsepower in the high revs, as you would expect out of a turbo.

I've said to my friends a few times, "The GT-One drives like it's on RAILS" ... and they tend to agree. But the 787B is like a rocket. It has a consistant exceleration from start to peak (got mine up to 250mph tuned for racing), and it still handles like it's on rails.

As for the 6th gear, I think this has been debated before. It apparently did just fine back in 1991 with out a sixth gear. I've done ok without it for the nearly 2,000 miles I've driven it in GT3. It would be nice in the game, but for the real world, I assume they left it out to simplify the gearbox. It's just one more thing to go wrong.

Making up conversations are you? I have 200 cars in my garage, several 787Bs, and I'm very happy. Stop 🤬 yourself. No way in hell I would talk to you about GT3, or anything for that matter. I get along with most everyone here(99%), and you make it sound like I'm dumb when you're the one who can't drive one of the easiest cars to drive in all of GT. And you're right, for a change, I don't own a 787B, or any of the cars in GT3. But look at the facts:a ton of people are saying the car is good, if not the best in GT3, and here you come in your Tercel and insult the car, and then the people. Just stop already.

Now while the 787b is a great car, the GT-One has it's moments as well. Like in the 1998 Le Mans the GT-One came in a respectable 2nd place only because it's lead car busted a tire, in the last laps making it go back a rank, but if that did not happen they would have won over BMW. :( .Also in GT3 the GT-One is a machine that can be upgraded making it unstopable, so it is quite good....

Yes, it is a fine car. The GT-One when moded to the max is hardly ever controllable. I tried it with full TCS but it still spun like crazy on 3rd gear !!
My 787B (the one I drive, the other one is a collectors at 0 mileage) is at 985 Hp an ,it handles like a dream !!

yeah that's my babe !!

Rite now
i think is the GT one road car (didn't get the race car yet)
i suped it up to 1000hp+ and it handles very well
but i am only at 40%
just tell me what u think

..you've all forgotten about the Nissan R390 GT1 LM Race car! ;) The un-disputed champion of cars. Just about every race/lap record has been achieved (except F1's) using this car. If you haven't checked it out yet do so.

All race cars are better than road cars. I personally dont like the787b that much....only 5 gears!!!! The r390 and gt1 RACE car are best.

You're so naïve Loud... obviously the mini is the best non-F1... DUH!
