In all seriousness, it sounds like it would take at least 15 minutes to setup a fake account and even then you can only send one car. In the same amount of time, I can complete 4-5 races that can earn me total $200k+ if I'm under level 20 and $400k+ if I'm over level 20. And while actually driving on the track, I can actually pay attention to my suspension settings and see what I constantly need to adjust or tweak. I was testing out my Lambo Murcielago SV on different races to finely tweak my tuning, make adjustments, and hop back on another race, make adjustments, hop back to test them out, etc. Before you know it within 30 minutes (which went by fast because I was focused on tweaking my tuning, not on grinding) I had over $400k that I could use for another Murcielago SV.

If you are really into it you can set up about 15-20 accounts in 15 minutes on your pc. The only really hard thing is to get the cars you really want. It's possible (if you have quite a lot of bad luck) to sit there for half and hour or more to get a specific car if there are 10-15 cars in that year. Because you have to start the game, get the car delte the save file if it wasn't there and repeat that process. it's about 3 minutes per repetition. But in this half an hour you can get nearly every car you like to have. So half an hour time for 20 million return if you would have to buy it. That's not a bad deal.
For all of you who are doing this because of a F2007/F10'10 car forgett it. you will never get them they don't drop as a birthday card.

I know someone who did exactly as you just described word for word. In theory it takes 15 minutes to setup 15 accts on the PC and another 30 min for '20 million return' but it does not really translate to actual time it took him. I think it took him closer to 4-5 hours to get most of the cars he wanted from his 15 accts and even then he didn't get his top picks.

Well i can give you the example how i did it today.
I wanted to get the ferrari race car from 1967. I made 1 new account which was done in a minute, with putting in the profile on the ps3 it's another minute.
i tried 6 times and the sixth was the hit with the Ferrari 330 P4 Race Car '67. That was 18 minutes for the car + adding my main account as a friend + sending and so on i needed 23 minutes to get this car. Which is a "return" of a 20 mill car for 23 minutes. Of course it's not like that you get your 15 dreamcars in half an hour. That's for one car, and only if there are not that many cars made in that year. If you try to get a specific nascar from 2010 you will need hours for that.
And thank you for wishing me fun. This was so far a great day and i already played with the Ferrari 330 for about 4 hours which were great fun.

Oh that's what you mean. You meant 20 mill credits lol. I think it's only worth it if you're aiming for a rare multi-million dollar car instead of just the usual $300-$500k supercar.
Glad you like the Ferrari 330. I acquired it by winning an online bet with a stranger. I think it handles better than my Ford Mark IV, which I also won from an online racing bet. I'm sure both guys got the cars from the birthday exploit, otherwise they wouldn't have handed them out so freely after I beat them (separately). I personally think PD should have limited the cars to ones worth under $500k or so. It's a bit unfair that some people got a $20k car when it was honestly their birthday, while others got $20mil car.
make a new main account in hong kong (birthday >18) with a real e-mail adresse.
then make a second account in hong kong (birthday in 2009 for example). It will ask you about a "parent" account (which is the first one you did). Fill in the data and you'll get a mail with a code + link. klick the link and fill in the code and you are done.
Well that totally depends on you if you want to spend half an hour or an hour doing the bd thing for a 200k supercar or a 20 million race car. I'm not doing it for the supercars because I don't want to kill all the fun of the game for myself. But i really would like to drive some of those expensive cars and doing indi grinding for nearly 18 hours to buy such a 20 million credit car is not worth it.
I've tried sending 2 cars but only the first ticket would be received successfully with my main account. The rest after the first ticket would be sent to Davy Jone's Locker. Trust me, i've tried EVERYTHING from re-adding my birthday account to my main's friend list, not pressing "ok" after i have sent the car, EVERYTHING... and you'd still wont be able to receive anything. So forget about sending 1 or more cars in a day, you just gotta wait 24hours.
Then i was thinking, if i had to wait 24h just for 1 car...my birthday account won't work after a day.....but
you'd still be able to get 2 cars(MAX) from that account, well this is how you'd do it..
I'm just gonna skip the details and get straight to the point, once you have sent your first car, quit...delete save...and do the birthday thing again, once you have gotten the other car you desire, leave that account and just sent it the next day....once you have done that...you can delete that account/user.
Don't worry about the limit psn account thing on the ps3, if you have not entered the pstore, the account wont be activated on your system.

What about creating multiple accounts? like getting one car with one account, deleting it and making a new one during the process on the pc? Then you can send 2 cars per day (4 with your technique) or just imagine someone would make 4 accounts, or 8, 16, ..... 256 .... 1024, just imagine all the possibilities. you will never ever play this game again because you would be stuck in the process of creating infinitely accounts and cars

So far I've gotten the GT40 3 times and 3 times I've lost it. I've tried sending it to 3 different accounts and it has not arrived every time. Yeah, I'm having a BLAST.

Lol dude... All I said is the servers need to be up for you to do the glitch exploit.
Pick your arguments more carefully. If you'd been around the site a little longer, you'd realise I share your point of view.
How did you manage to make such a big assumption from 'yeah, they need to be up' ?

PD servers will recognize your psn account, thus once you gifted that car, that psn account won't be able to sent another car out.
The reason why you don't get the message saying you can only sent one car per day with your second try it's because that message is embedded into your save. So once you have deleted your save, instead of being denied, you'd end up getting "operation successful". Thus sending the car to the network but not ending up at your desired account because the server recognize you sent a car not longer than 24hours ago..thus..causing that ticket to...vanish.
