I happened to run into one of the techs at the gas station this morning and asked him how it was going and he already did a baseline dyno on it. I don't have a paper or a video of it yet but he said it put down 406 to the ground. Not too shabby.

Doesn't the stock 2011 Mustang pull 415? Supercharger was useless?

No he's talking about the baseline dyno run before the supercharger. How many lbs of torque did they say bird?

To be specific they were rated at 412hp from the factory at the motor. Typically they dyno around 360-370. After a Steeda intake and tune 406 is what I'm putting to the ground sans supercharger.

Unfortunately it was a quick conversation and that's the number he gave me and I didn't ask for the torque because I was a little bit in a hurry. :indiff:

 You're making this wait worse!

Hey my car is at the shop too, just that it's for a rear bumper repair and a polish, not an awesome supercharger :P Wish it were though. Can't wait to see and hear this car, keep us posted 👍

So the place that's doing my car holds a car show every Saturday called "cars and caffeine" (:P). I went there with my father to check out all the really nice and rare cars people bring there. All the shops are open and both dynos were available for people to use for a fee. I went into the shop that's doing mine and this is what i found.

Mod wish list:

Not the Cobra R hood. But then, you may need it for the Supercharger...
EDIT: beautiful car btw!

Not a car bra, those things can mess up the paint! I saw a viper with a clear one, it still had ugly paint. :guilty:

Sorry double post.

It's the invisible coating they bake on your car that protects from chips, bumps, dings, scratches, bugs, UV rays, etc. It's a must have for nice cars. You can't even see its there unless you put your nose right on it. I have it on the front and side mirrors of the GTR.

I've done the same to all our daily drivers. Best investment yet!!!

Well then, I stand corrected.

Yeah the bra is going to protect my paint, although I procrastinated a little too much on that one. I already picked up a few minor rock chips.

Man can't wait to hear this thing after the supercharger install! Love it!

You and me both!

A car bra may hurt your paint more than help it. I would only use it on road trips because if you leave it on there for too long, dirt underneath can really mess up the paint when the bra moves around. I would just invest in clear bra. On a silver car you'll hardly notice it.

That's exactly what I've been saying is going on the car since the first time I mentioned putting a bra on the car in this thread. :) I would never pit those other kinds of bras ever on a car for the above reason and they're just plain ugly.

Sorry.

Reading =/= Me.

It's no problem its just you were like the 3rd or 4th person that thought I was talking about those other bras and I was beginning to think what did I say that made everyone think I was not getting a clear bra?
