Bram Turismo's Gallery - Tournament Round 1 before/after -

Thanks Ultrashot!

Good tutorial there, I'll see how I go with those tips.

Will you be setting this in the techniques & tutorials section?

Brutal. Looking closely to the Monaro again, I'm very amazed with the top quality you're reaching actually. When editting my Type R's these days, I was thinking how to overcome you hahaha.

The pseudo-nacar paint catched my eye.

Thanks alot Alex but I'm not done developing my skills yet 👍

Aaaaaaaanywho, been working on a big update this whole weekend, a little 5 hours was spend on this whole thing...maybe 6...Anyway, I only like the second and third. The reason the first looks so crappy was that I've been testing some new methods on cleaning but it look exagorated and crappy...

Damn, you discovered this car just the way i did, but you added bling rims. It fits perfectly to this ride! Out of these shots, i like the first and third the best! Great reflections on the first, and very innovative third shot. 👍

Clean up is great as usual, you made the car look amazing. The only thing though is all the shots are beginning to look redundant. Same shots different car. However the 3rd one is very unique, I enjoy it the most. Looks as if its driving on the grass.

These pictures are.....well amazing. My favourite is the 2nd and 3rd. The first doesnt look quite right mainly the wheel arches. And the fourth is just a bit of a boring angle. Great work though. Checkout my gallery if you have time.

Amazing, Top job Ultrashot:tup: you have made this car look attractive!
I love the 1st and 3rd shots! Great update man!!👍

Very awesome!! Awesome. Yes, awesome and awesome. Even I think it's awesome. Oh well, I think I have to reboot myseft after seeing your awesome update man.

This has got to be my best update by far 👍 I spend a bunch of hours of this one and it really paid off, I also sharpened up my cleanup methods so that the lines are more straight and sharp ;) Some might recognize this picture, it's been inspired by 440 CHARGER's shot. I'm not even close but I'm really happy how it turned out. I have two versions as well since it's quite a long time since I last made a picture in B&W. I hope you guys like it, let me know what you think ;)

Very nice shot, the reflections on the lighter areas look really great. However when it comes to the slightly darker areas and some of the midrange, the reflections looked like they've been pinstriped by someone with an airbrush. It seems a really bizarre effect to have used considering how good you are at cleaning up using your normal method.

The reflections around the rear wheel arch, for example, would look amazing if it weren't for those bizarre stripes. I don't understand why they are even there. Unless the surrounding buildings were all outlined by bright light they serve no real purpose. The shadow under the rear bumper is quite wobbly too, but I think that might have just been a little mistake or something.

Sorry if that sounds harsh but your previous updates have had impeccable reflections that work amazingly well and this just seems to have spoiled it for me. :(

I'm not even going to mention the wheels because you know how angry I'll get.

Really awesome. You're cheating Photoshop actually  The cleaning is excellent as well. Take care the excessive bright lines added and details out of range in shadowed areas. Please don't improve these things, or your work will be excessive good. I'd like to see more photographic sompositions, and less standard camera :D

Thanks for the feedback guys 👍

I actually did cleaned it up without the dodged lines at first, but it came far too un-realistic and blurry so I dodged these lines so I created more dept in changes of parts and such. The rear wheel arch is a good example, at first, after the clean up, it looked just like a flat surface and you really couldn't tell it was a wheel arch so I began with the dodge tool and I really like this effect. It may not look realistic but Hey! It's a game, right? If it isn't taken from real-life, you don't need to make it realistic :dopey:

A very nice shot ultrashot!👍, it is very clean and the reflections are great:tup: personally i prefer the 1st shot and i have to say the choice of wheels is great:)👍

The shot is great, lovely reflections. Only the side still has a rainbow that requires cleanup. Other then that, awesome.

You'd think so wouldn't you? I once updated with an E-Type driving around Hong Kong with a blur on it and was told that it didn't look very realistic because the reflections were still static!

Anyway back on topic, in relation to the pin lines giving more depth.....er..whatever floats your boat I guess!

This is one of your best updates!!! Both shots are incredible, the clean up is so good, the blur is fantastic...U have really push yourself to the limit.
Well done mate:)
