Am Cup points updated. @AudiMan2011 seems to be going for a clean sweep.

@DelboyD @HammyMansell, he's going to need some stiff competition from you both at Monza.

I'll try my best, and @DelboyD I try and call on my inner Mansell all the time lol! :D To confirm @Bivittavus88, it's the Gr3 Lambo? Or one of the road cars? I'd like to have a practice before the next one, and join a session or 2 also,

Cheers! ;)

OK, so, endurance round is off. I'd like to keep this as a sprint series. There will be a one make endurance event coming (date/time tbc) all settings will match this series. The only difference will be a requirement for Michelin branding . . I'll link the thread here when it's finalised. Anyone in this series will have priority placement.

I have to say the very unique "DNS/DNF" result made me chuckle. Only I could manage such a thing.

Wrong. I have shown everybody how to do it. But a pat on the back for pulling it off. 👍

I've been talking to the team manager before the last couple of rounds. We decided that we would strategically pass on the Spa & RBR rounds. She did give me the green light to play in the rain, but I felt like that would be disrespectful. But the next race might be one she can attend & cheer me on. So, after some cleaning of the race shop, I'll be turning a few laps at Monza. I want to make up for my lawn mowing antics at the Mazda season opener. :scared:

Also, after seeing the clips from RBR, these races need some color. :P

sounds good, I’ve been looking to find an endurance series to enter. I was starting to contemplate trying to start my own as there aren’t many currently running especially at a decent GMT.

Not too sure if I'll run an endurance series. As much as I'd like to, running two series at the same time might get me into trouble with the better half. For now, it'll be another one off event like my Catalunya mixed class, and R.S.01 races.

Either way, should be fun.

You nailed this combo @Bivittavus88, brilliant bop aswell, it’s a monster and turns the track into a high risk but high reward battle of precise driving.
I could drive this combo for 100 laps and not get bored 👍, oh and it’s dry!!!

It's brilliant, isn't it? Lots of power, lots grip. I just need to get used to the turn in oversteer, and I'm sorted. Going for another top 5 in this one.

@Bivittavus88 i may or may not be there I might try daily race c if I’m feeling brave enough to chance the penalty system

I’ll happily ram you up the arse if it’s for a good cause ...;)

Going to have to postpone the practice lobby by 20 mins. Somehow completely forgot that I need to reattach the wheel and pedals to my rig :banghead:

Shout when you're ready and I'll come potter around Monza for some sighting.

I'll be turning up in a very beautiful Bridgestone livery but, heads up, it's not mine and I'm gonna make my own for the race :P

After the first proper practice session, I'm about a second away from where I'd like to be. Plenty of time to be found through the second chicane, and the Lesmos, though.

It seems like track limits are super strict everywhere at Monza except the exit of Ascari where anything goes. It's tough to balance risk vs reward. If you don't use the curb you're slow but If you do it's 50-50 whether you get a penalty or not.

Definitely not helped by the fact that this car doesn't react well to curbs.

@Bivittavus88 with another tough combo!
I predict many accidents/mistakes in this one.
I think running wide at ascari actually costs you time because of the massive gutter you bounce over and dirty tarmac. You can get away with the Astro but staying on track is the best way. Defo the hardest part of the track to get right.
