A1 Ring. Former host to the Austrian GP, and they're going back there next week for the GP, now renamed Red Bull Ring.

Red Bull Ring
The full and short track layouts of the "Red Bull Ring" have been added to the game. This is an ultra high speed circuit with long flat out sections and tricky tight corners in between. How you handle these tight turns will greatly affect your final lap time. In 2014, Formula 1 racing returned to this track after an 11 year hiatus; the circuit truly brings together the best of the old and the new.

Sounds like a BST track?;)

It would suit our Cars pretty good. I like this track just from watching DTM and the F1 races pre 2004 :D
Long straights with hairpins at the end => decent passing opportunities ;) plus a little technical part at the end of the course.
There you have it put it as an special finishing event Like:
IS-F CCS-R BST Cup :D 1 Race = 1 Champion

I see somethings have been happening. Better fire up me playstation when i get thee home.
I like the look of that sexy lexy and the A1 ring is a quality track. Proper track. Put it in place of Tokyo.

Or we just have a 9 race calendar.:sly: Wan't to wait and see if any bugs are reported firstly.:odd:

Did anybody try and fiddle with camber ??
Any results ?
If not today me will be Cambering allot xDD
So has anyone found an improvement in handling/lap times? I'm hearing conflicting reports as to whether camber is quicker or not:boggled: Glad this isn't starting for a while Awwwww:banghead:

@buck1 Nah will only complicate things at this stage in the future possibly.👍

When's the next practice? Haven't played GT6 since before the Senna update so better get up to speed :P
Your on now porky pie er:D:Px

Can't hit my pre season Tokyo test times with the Jag anymore:indiff: Have been told FR cars top speed is down since 1.09 so:boggled: Played with the camber a bit got rather  adding camber didn't make much odd's personally:dunce:. Dropping the aero improved my times which is odd for me i usually like as much help in the aero dynamics department as possible:( I need a lot more work before season starts for sure.:odd:

Well me tried first the A1 Ring and man this Track is fun. Easy to learn but tough to master. (Espacially first 2 turns)

So after about 20ish laps me was getting frequently low 1:31´s high 30´s.
Added a bit of Camber (front 1.0 rear 0.6):
Sector 2 and 3 my cornering was a tad better speed wise
Sector 1 rear was more nervous
=> Same laptime in the end

Fiddled with the suspension (bit stiffer rear than front same camber to get more load on the rear axle to make more use of camber):
Same result but was more controlable during slow turns

Reduced the Camber to 0.5/0.3:
Much better all in all.
But the time me gained was just about 1/10 => maybe my setting still needs improvement but you just don´t gain that much => me tests more but at the moment I think 0/0 is fastest Camber setting due to more playtime with those settings.
(Have to test different Damper settings and ARB settings)

Please Add A1-Ring to the Rooster. Me thinks this is a fun Track for us !!
And the Lexus CCS-R is soo much fun :D

Just been doing some bst'ing at the A1 ring. It is a great track. Agreeing with king. Mid 1:30s at the mo.
After the update all the cars I've tried feel much loser. Seems easier to lose the rear in FR and FF. And there seems to be much more under to over to under steer and vice versa going through corners than there ever was before. Perhaps I'm just making it up in me head but it does feel diffo.
Enjoyable tho !

If everybody's happy to extend the season to 9 race night's we can add it onto the end of the calander or rooster. Cocka doodle do?
All the tracks in our season are real, apart from one. Sooooooo, I think you know what I'm tinking JB
💡

Plus A1-Ring has a big advantage:
If you go too wide T1/T2/exit Last turn you have the no grip zone beyond the Whit/Red Curbings ;)
=> If you go too wide you loose time (you have to be extremly wide to get the benefit but those wide-goings are veeery easy to spot etc.).

@syjones1 It´s not only you who felt it ;)
