Just to say, racing softs will last say 10 laps on a regular track, hards only last as long because you try to drive them like the softs, which means putting a lot of grunt to keep up = same wear rate

So whats ya advice 35 keep with racing softs the rest off the season??:dunce: Im sure glad tyres wont be an issue come S3:dopey:

For sure, I need to get back to winning ways :D

Hehe mate yeah be nice to take some of our 1 on 1 battles into a full season huh:sly:

I see the Spa dlc is required for everyone now (was only a matter of time i spose) anyone in the V8's not got it or wont have it come race day??

OMG!! What a change in the dynamics of the tyres my Audi now drifts on soft tyres gonna take some getting used to!!

Really?? That bad?
I've not been on to test yet.

Have done a comparison at HSR to see how much change? If you know what I mean.

Good idea will do that now:idea: My possible S3 pick now feels like the toca equivalent of the Infiniti:yuck: (BAD)

Get some euro's quick!

It's not Spa, it's that if Audi begins to oversteer like all the others, then it loses all its good sides and becomes total crap. I'm fine with skipping Spa if I lead the championship with a big enough gap at that point, I don't like the track anyway, it feels way smaller than the real life Spa.

So if not everyones got it are we going to drop it?

Done HSR for a test drove the sprint race as i did last night (flatout!!) didnt manage a single 102 lap best 103.76 after 8 laps tyres were totally shot!!:scared:

I say drop it, it didn't even belong to the original calendar.

Oh no that means I will have to do a pitstop on the sprint race lol.
Last night after 12 laps I had no rear right tyre left at all watch the replay its funny as.

Sorry dude don't watch the news it's all a load of bull anyway..well the government and politics side.

Anyway, just to make sure everyone gets the point, I won't be getting any DLC that costs money.

They seem to be saying they've altered the tyre wear so that soft wear faster than medium wear faster than hard which seems to me a good idea. Haven't tested this though! Could make tyre choice/pit strategy very interesting...at least for you guys at the front.

Race 1 should be a measure of who is fastest, so they actually start at the back rather than just finishing first because another guy managed tires better

Will chat with Gedi, me Carb and Rp running some tests softs only good for Quali, so softs and tyre wear off for sprint (race 1) R/Hards only for race 2?? (gets us ready for S3 regulations) Any thoughts:idea:
