What are the sound issues currently like and has there been a hot fix this morning?

It's going to be a bit unfair tonight if some of us have missing sound from the game and others don't. Kinda makes it awkward if you can't hear your own engine or tyres.

Yeah sorry, forgot to update thread title. But the calendar was always in OP and said 18th start.

Alright mate, no worries. No, 14 signed up, I went from 24 spaces available, more in hope than expectation.

I'll try it myself this afternoon. It's going to be a pain if it happens during the race for people.

Is Sierra any good? I don't like the long tracks myself, but it might be a nice track fora Sunday drive I guess.

Well no update yet, as just logged in.
Joined a room yesterday and there was no engine sound or tyre sound.
Left and rejoined, then had engine sound.

Then noticed no tyre sound hope on and off track twice, all working.
3 lap race with 2 cars on track, all went fine.
Then host changed track to brands all fine, I then did some setting changes to the car.
And the no tyre noise became the problem again.

Ended up leaving and making my own room and had a test in the honda.
I did not get any sound problems in there not sure if that down to me being host?

Well should be online the rest of the day now and around for testing tonight or racing.

Well after a little testing last night I can say I'm still averaging mid 28's and although I was host I had no troubles... Hopefully we will get a decent race tonight. Soon find out lol

I agree with this. It will cause problems. Any issues tonight please report them immediately. Please all try to get to the lounge earlier than usual to buy us time.

Me and Ian both made rooms and no sound problems, we even changed tracks still no sound problem.
Maybe tonight race will be a go

I'm really sorry guys and especially rolo for not notifying about my absents, the barbers said it'll only take 2hrs but I was there for over 3!!!

On the good side tho, I the stig now have a perm lol

but I'm so gutted for missing this round, (I was really looking forward to it, Motegi brought some amazingly close racing pre-season) & I apologize

shhhh that never happened, also race 1 was a disaster, jump start, big bosh then stuff in my eye, then dog lay on my legs!
