Alright, here's what you do: you email me with your entrant, alternately with a photo or not, and with a cost report.

Your cost report should something like this. The numbers are an example and don't reflect the actual challenge:


Budget: 50000 CR, 30000 CR for the car, 20000 CR for parts

Car: 25000 CR
Parts Breakdown
Part A: 12000 CR
Part B: 3000 CR
Part C: 3000 CR
Part D: 4000 CR
Part E: 3000 CR
Total: 25000 CR

Then, just remember to send me emails and photos of your times before each deadline, and remember to read the forum regularly to get updates on each event and its deadlines. For example, I will announce the first event on October 1, and because that's when I'll inform you, that's when you can start getting times.

It's too old to have a jamming throttle.

I found a car last night that beats my current ride by about 0.2 seconds around Trial Mountain, but the handling is nowhere near as good. Might have to sacrifice some power for a suspension kit to make it work.

Mine doesn't corner at all. It just rolls onto its door handles. Might have been too optimistic with the High RPM turbo……

Ahh, I went for a suspension upgrade too. Mainly because I wasn't sure what else to spend money on

How did you burn 11 cr only? I thought the minimum was 50?

Most likely this is a Evo vs STi battle. Boght cars for under 20k leaves huge amount of credits to spend on modifications.

Simply because I don't like those 2 cars (because they are too good for budget challenges) I will use something else.

I wanted a car that would spend the entire budget but that's hard with UCD pricing.

Ahh, I've gone for my usual approach of Sports Soft, then everything else on powerrrrrrr. Except this time I threw in a suspension kit to hopefully help reduce understeer. It's looking good so far.

I was going to go with sports softs but then I realised what happens every time I do that, so I went one stage further with tyres this time.

Damn it. I knew I should have gone for the Racing Hards This should make for an interesting event though. We seem to have got people at all extremes. Onboy for maximum power, me sat in the middle, and you on Racing Hards. Should be good.

The bolded part makes me think, almost instantly, that I'm wrong. My 1st guess was a Skyline 350GT-8, but now I'm thinking it's a Celica or Scooby Doo of sorts…

In a previous season, I won a rally event in an RX-7. My car isn't a GT-8 though.
