Yeah that looks like a car a watch maker would come up with.
I like the look of the wheels at least. Those wheel arches are.....something

I seem to be the only one but I absolutely love it. Cyberpunk-esque but somehow still elegant. Not that I'm gonna drive it but at least it looks very cool.

Wonder if the people hating on it had similarly strong feelings on the Nike car back in GT4?

It's a marketing stunt that, with minimal effort from PD's side, helps pay for free content updates like spec II. I understand not caring for it but the passionate hate some people express is just wasted on this.

I think it's pretty cool! I'll gladly take more interesting designs like this over some of the seemingly lower-effort VGTs, like those from Mitsubishi, BMW, Toyota, Lexus, and Subaru.

EDIT: I'd totally be down to see more non-automaker brands try their hands at VGTs - especially watchmakers, like Citizen. Though I'd sooner prefer to see more automaker-based ones. Especially if it means some brands get to enter another one, like we've seen with Jaguar, Alpine, and Peugeot. Would love to see a new Pininfarina-designed VGT, too - one that's actually under the Pininfarina brand, perhaps alongside the Battista.
The Mitsubishi VGT reminds me of Ridge Racer's Age Abeille car. I don't mind though ;)

The limited edition watches look ok.
They are however 4,800 dollars each.

Squished Cybertruck
And yet I'd choose this and every other VGT over the actual overpriced real life PS1 polygon model/Dollar Store Warthog that can't even get up Hills AND is apparently beyond unsafe (Which if you ask me, is far more useless considering the price point).

Looking a bit Cyberpunk this (and many of the other VGT's too) certainly would not look out of place cruising around Night City lol

We get the watch car before the two shoe cars (Nike and Air Jordan). Did they abandon VGT like Alfa Romeo did? Because, correct me if I’m wrong, Nike and Air Jordan agreed to create a VGT 13 years ago.

Know what, I like this one more than the Genesis.
everyone who purchases the Bulgari Aluminium x Gran Turismo Special Edition will receive a code to redeem the car in the game
Hope this isn't the only way to get this car. Wouldn't be a great precedent to set but exclusivity and fashion houses do tend to go hand in hand.

The De Tomaso Dior was available for purchase in Hagerty. 99% sure we will be able to buy it in Brand central, as every VGT

Wasn't there a similar deal with the Nike One in GT4? Can't remember if it was shoes or a shirt, but I remember very clearly something involving the PS Eye Toy (remember THAT thing?).

It's not. They're only building 1,700 watches combined between the 2 watches, so you're already eliminating a gigantic chunk of GT's player base. And with the watches running $5,500+ a piece, would be extremely out of touch for PD to think that's an even remarkably acceptable idea to get a car in the game. Would probably go viral as well for all the wrong reasons.

I imagine buying the watch just means you're guaranteed to get the car without any requirement/time limit/etc. in game. Plus, you seem to get an actual model of it as well.

This is the discussion thread for an article on GTPlanet:

This is Bulgari’s Vision GT Car, Coming to Gran Turismo 7 Soon

Italian luxury goods company Bulgari has just unveiled its Vision Gran Turismo concept car at the GT World Finals in Barcelona, Spain, as part of a new collaboration with Polyphony Digital...
I’m digging it. Old school futurism. It’s more like a Bertone creation, but it’s more Suzuki GSX-R, than what Suzuki made as their current VGT.

Nearly the same with having to buy car insurance to get a special McLaren F1.

You never know lmao. But I see the wording in the official reveal trailer is: "The 'BVLGARI Aluminium Vision Gran Turismo' will be added to 'Gran Turismo 7' in 2024."

I dig the wheels and all the little active elements. A VGT with sort-of-popup headlights!

Basically Aston Bulldog with the roof chopped off. The rear and side view is great but that front lightbar looks weird and out of place for me. Can't imagine it's good for high speed aero as well

The 4 cyl high revving engine is the highlight for me though. It's refreshing to see a VGT that isn't powered by a 16 cylinder hybrid that produces a million horsepowers. Should make it quite light too.

I'm not a fan of the shape, but something tells me that the incredibly artistic livery editors are going to make this thing look incredible!

Kinda fits the borderlands vibe.

I'm impressed that a watchmaker of all things has blown so many major well known car brand Vision Gran Turismos away. Its just so nice and tasteful, my only issue being the lightbar but it seems to activate as a high beam only since in some shots you can see the car with them hidden.

Otherwise very cool design, very inspired by 1970s concept cars. The gauges are really neat too, so refreshing to see when most of the Vision GTs have various styles of generic digital gauges. These are still digital, but styled in such an analog way. This is the kind of cooking italdesign and bertone used to put out but can't anymore.

I hope we keep seeing inspired designs like these.
