In practice today I ran a 37.5xx and followed it up with a 37.397.

Calm down, Nap...if your within 3 seconds of Brosif, then your in the majority. There's 3 or 4 racers in hear that have really figured these cars out, the rest of us are still working on it. Usually a couple of the 'crazy-fast' guys take off out front while the rest of us fight for position in one giant traffic jam a couple turns behind the leaders.

Add: but we are slowly gaining.

Yep. The race will probably start around 10:20pm so if you're in the room by then you can tuck in at the back. 👍

Just put a team of bobs in my cappy to do the Laguna Seca 200 mile endro to wear my car in, should get me close if they get a move on. I don't want to spend my practice time watching them.

On a different note, I think this track was terrible for the Capp's. I was afraid it might be too long and we'd end up all spread out doing "glorified hot-lapping" (as Lancer put it) and that's exactly what happened.

Maybe the Ra-Hill Straight has something to do with it? That uphill section can really kill your lap time if you're not fast enough coming out of the turn before it.

Alright, looks like we'll be doing 2 groups for qualifying since there will be more than 9 of us. We will start at 10pm EDT and each group will get 8 minutes.
