That's the new one. The first model was the one that appeared in GT4, the 1999 model.

Personally, I was surprised by the Tempest GTO that I tuned. It was so much faster than I expected when tuned and I was in for a bit of a shock when I cleaned up the Old Muscle Car Competition in it.

lotus elise 111R IS A VERY COOL CAR IF YOU PUT THIS CAR ON THE TEST TRACK STOP AT STARTING LIN DO A FULL LAP FROM ZERO SAVE GHOST TRY ANY CAR WITH SAME BHP OR MORE AND YOU WILL SEE ITS A COOL CAR.

Well, oh gosh, looking back at myself is like looking down 20 floors, and seeing yourself as a baby... Its true.
On topic: Oh my.... cars that surprised me? MMM, probably the SL65 AMG and the R92C Black Beauty fully tuned (both of them), they sure surprised me on the Drag Strip for the 1/4 mile.

'71 Dodge Charger

This car has about 450bhp,tons of weight, and a classic and i love collecting cars under '80 so i bought it for 71K...

I took this giant beast to the test track,it starts great from the line, and then i find the fact it has 4 gears and a top speed under 150kmh:yuck:

So,after that i went to buy a racing box for it and found out it can go past 250kmh stock!

So,i took it to the world classics only to find the Buick Special which pwn3d the race,at the start my Charger flew to the first place but the Special's just too powerful

Thanks for reading my huge RE :)

Mitsubishi i '03 concept car. The basis for what's now Mitsu's MiEV, the upcoming electric car. Guess it was a fuel-based prototype that got adapted to electro.

This one turned out better than I expected - for an underpowered compact car (only about 68 BHP), it's actually pretty decent.

I ran it stock, and managed to win a few compact car races with it against cars who had more powah. Handling is fairly nippy, MR-based and not a lot of understeer even in stock form. Top end bit better than expected too, goes up to about 160+ kph. Certainly not the worst car for the compact competitions.

Old thread is old, but I noticed this and felt it necessary to throw in my $.02:

I am racing in the Grand Prix Classics invitational hosted by BH-21. My group B entry is the Bluebird 1600, and tuned to 106 bhp with a mild curb weight of just 902 kg (after weight 1), I was having the hardest time passing this little bugger. The "i" was in the lead position during my family cup attempts, and if you did not pass it at or before the final hairpin, you could not catch up to it down the back straight. My Bluebird would hit around 80 - 83 mph before the final curve, but even drafting I could not catch it in straight-line acceleration.
