Racing on a Friday is not possible for me that weekend. I would prefer not to race on New Year's Eve either, but could if everyone else insisted.

KEEP AS IS
.......
Who's ready for tomorrow's race!! What? No one talking crap anymore? LOL
Well Daytona is an unpredictable place but my guess is Hendrick's will be in lead pack with everyone else fighting for position.
I actually have a formal breakdown as to my predictions leading into the Chase.
I believe Hendricks will stay strong as they are lead by team owner and road course ringer RFLX, Daytona 500 Winner Droptop & Oval Specialist ACDC. But they will need to keep their pace as the gap closes in on them by Joe Gibbs. Joe Gibbs is lead by Monza Race Winner M-Stall, owner Knelly and wingman Furi. Gibbs will be gaining momentum in the upcoming weeks looking to close that gap on Hendricks.
Ford Racing is looking good too. They are holding on strong with team owner homeslice steadily keeping it in the Top Five and with the help of reserve drivers. But this team may be in despair as it can't seem to keep a 2nd seat full-time driver ever since Chase contender Buckeyes dropped out. Ford is looking to hold their ground with the new addition of FunkyDucks. He had a great performance last week taking 3rd at Monza. But Ford will need to be on the look-out for Red Bull Racing.
Red Bull is looking for a spot at the podium with each week looking better for them. This team came into the series looking good with 2 full time drivers and 1 part time driver. After the PreSeason race the team suffered the lose of its' part-time driver mustardaddict (who finished 3rd in preseason). DoWhat13 filled in his seat for the 500 but was disconnected at green flag. Also after Race #1 Chqr (full-time) dropped. Leaving room for DoWhat13 to take the full-time seat. Now with both seats secured, team owner Crazy_bassist looks to take a few wins.
Another team to look out for is Stewart-Ganassi. Even though this team is struggling with its 2 seats, team owner Mudd is putting on a stellar performance. Can he keep this up? As his teammate Jakob struggles to resolve his connection issues. This team might need to invest in a part-time driver before it's too late for them. I would hate to see them not make the Chase.
My predictions:
Hendricks will fall off slightly with a fight.
Joe Gibbs will rise up and give Hendricks a good fight.
Ford may fall back due to "seat-time" but will hold on strong with homeslice.
Red Bull will rise with a fight, battling it out with Ford, Joe Gibbs and Stewart Ganassi for a podium.
Stewart Ganassi may fall with connection issues but Mudd will give it his all.
Top 3 before Chase:
1.) Hendricks
2.) Joe Gibbs
3.) Red Bull
