OK guys, this is how the ticket chain is going to work:
1) Turn on PS3
2) Log In to your normal account
3) On the XMB, scroll all the way to the left under "Users"
4) Click on create new user
5) Enter a user name (doesnt matter what), hit OK
6) Still in your normal account, scroll over to "Game" on the XMB
7) Under "Game" scroll down to "Saved Data Utility (PS3)", hit X
8) Scroll down to logo labeled "GRAN TURISMO", hit TRIANGLE
9) Click "Copy"
10) Scroll down to the account made earlier, and click it
11) When it says "Copy Complete" back out of all that and load GT5
12) Either send to a friend, or open the ticket
13) If you didn't get the car you want or you sent it to a friend, back out to the XMB
14) Scroll to "Saved Data Utility" and delete the logo labeled "GRAN TURISMO 5"
15) Load up the account you made earlier
16) Go to the "Saved Data Utility"
17) Hit TRIANGLE on the GRAN TURISMO 5 logo, hit copy, and select your normal account
18) Backout, load up your normal account, and try again
19) Didn't get the car you wanted again? Repeat starting at step 13

Guys, I've decided that this weekend, we're gonna be at Nurburgring 24 Hour Course.
This is so we can get in sync with the schedule of the Jav's FIA GT1/GT2 series, and my ALMS series.
The rest of the preseason will be at Nurburgring GP/F and Laguna Seca like we planned.
